The hotel made a very double impression: some points were five plus, some even three minus.
What's good?
Really awesome and big area of ​ ​ the hotel. Very beautiful, well-groomed, tastefully thought out and executed. Tall trees create natural shade almost everywhere. The ivy covers almost all the buildings, the pine trees create an excellent fragrance, the palm trees, flower beds and everything in the exterior was excellent / It was the best thing I have seen, having traveled to many family-type hotels. Perfect for strollers.

The second fat plus is animation, sports activities and work with children in general. Excellent, not boring, well thought out. A huge mini-club with different rooms: here you have computers, there is a labyrinth, there is children's creativity, a trampoline and a bunch of all sorts of little things that are pleasant for kids. With Russian, the animators, like almost all the staff, have no problems. The pool has two water slides and the pool, by the way, is large and deep.
The sea was 27-28 degrees - very warm, you can not drive the children ashore for a long time. But during the day, of course, it is very hot: 40-45. The beach is pebbly, and this is one of the minuses, although not very large: on the shore the pebbles are even more or less small, and in the water there are large stones, it is very inconvenient to enter.
The main minus of the hotel is cleaning, that is, room cleaning. This is fucked up guys. The first time the bed was changed after a week and after my two demands at the reception. They cleaned disgustingly: the bathroom was not washed, there was no wet cleaning of the floor. Bed and two weeks changed 4 times. Towels were more or less changed, but for some reason not all of the old ones were taken away. Terrible with the renewal of shampoo, shower gel, etc. Moreover, tips did not improve the situation. At the same time, the maids are not belmes in English and it is almost impossible to explain to them what you need. I thought it was just me, but I witnessed three similar proceedings at the reception. In general, some kind of garbage incomprehensible to me - how can you spoil the impression of a cool hotel in such a stupid way. This is purely managerial. This dissonance really upset us, because otherwise everything was fine.
Food is like food. I am an opponent of all-inclusives in principle, there were no special frills, but in general, the assortment was not bad, as for me. And there was also a children's corner with mashed soups and other fines. The only thing was that it was quite difficult to find a seat inside as there were so many guests.
Another minus, although it is not for everyone and a minus, is the Internet. Frishny is only at the reception and sooooo tight. In the room - for money, a subscription for two weeks, for example, costs 90 ye. But at the same time, two devices cannot connect to it at the same time.

Well, that's it, in short. The conclusion is this. If you are not pedantic cleaners, super-demanding to cleanliness, then everything else is fine. But cleaning is a problem. Great for families with multiple children.
