Good afternoon, we rested in this hotel with my husband and daughter 5 years old from 14 to 27 July 2013. We took a ticket to TEZ TOUR. After reading the negative reviews before the trip, it was scary, but it turned out to be in vain. They settled us in 10 minutes, though later we changed the number, found a better location 8 cor. near the zoo, the territory is really very green, it is very comfortable to be even in extreme heat. We always had enough sun loungers at any time of the day and tables in the main restaurant for breakfast and lunch, too, it happened of course that they cleaned the table with us, so it's 1-2 minutes, you can wait. They preferred to have dinner on the street, there were no problems with places at all and you can sit in different places every day. My husband and I liked the food, there was a lot of meat and enough fish. Of course, it was problematic to feed my daughter, but pasta, rice, potatoes, ice cream, juices, pancakes for breakfast saved us. The animation and show programs are good, almost every day there is live music, the kids club also liked it, my daughter went there with pleasure, even participated in the musical Aladdin. The sea is clean and warm and the pools too, the only thing is better to stock up on special. shoes, as the entry into the sea is very rocky, but we went swimming from the pier. They don't really clean the rooms, but it didn't really bother us. The staff seemed quite friendly, especially the waiters. I think we would go to this hotel again.
