I'll start with check-in. We arrived at night, there were no places (although it was paid for that night), settled in the attic (room 501), promised to move in the morning. We didn't care, we were very tired. It was hot, there was no balcony, the area of ​ ​ the little room was small. We got up in the morning and immediately went to the reception. By 11 am moved, gave a good room with a view of the mountains and the pool. Yesterday there were free rooms, we concluded that we were waiting for money, but we decided not to pay! The mood was spoiled upon arrival.
The hotel itself is not bad, the rooms are clean, the air conditioners work, but the linen was changed for us 1 time in 12 days, there is no cleaning as such, they brought soap and soap, 1 time they sculpted swans from towels. The hotel area is very small, there is nowhere for children to walk. One large pool, one for children.

The beach near the hotel is also small, for 500 people. about 200 sun loungers and it is 400 meters to go, not 50 as they say. We specially got up at 7 in the morning and ran to borrow, otherwise you will lie on the ground, or rather on pebbles !!!! ! I remembered our Russian beaches, there is nowhere to spit bodies everywhere. We met this for the first time in the last 6 years of vacation abroad. The beach is dirty, unkempt.
At the expense of food - fruits were given only for dinner, at first there were green apples and plums, they can not be eaten. 2 times they gave watermelons and 1 time melons. There is practically no meat, only chicken or semi-finished products, it is not clear from what. We ate only cucumbers and tomatoes, there was a lot of grass, rice and french fries. In the morning we were very hungry. Sometimes they gave scrambled eggs, pancakes, and boiled eggs and sausage. Horror, and this is 5 stars. It used to be that at breakfast you can’t even find a cup to pour tea. Either the coffee in the machine will run out, or the sugar. Nobody watches this until the vacationers themselves say.
They wash the dishes badly, there are a lot of people, not enough for everyone, they are in a hurry when washing, that's the result. A lot of sweets, but it was not possible to get fat, the sea was excellent, clean, we swam a lot.
At the expense of the friendliness of the staff: the Russians got it! Nobody greets anyone, there are few smiles, mostly smirks. They understand the Russian language, but they try to pretend that they do not hear you if problems arise.
The bar on the beach opens after 10 am, nearby beach bars of other hotels open from 8 am. There is no beer or sprite on the beach. Somehow they took fanta in the hotel bar, so diluted with sparkling water. The toilet is generally not provided on the beach, if you want, run to the hotel.
We were dissatisfied with the rest, we will not go to this hotel again and will not advise our friends. It is a pity that such money was paid, it would be possible to rest in another place.
