Hello everyone! I'll start with my story with the fact that this is not the first time we have a rest in Turkey and we have something to compare with. We had an early booking, so all the reviews about this hotel were for 2017.
We were supposed to fly to Turkey at lunchtime on September 11, but there was a flight delay of 12 hours, so we ended up at the hotel early in the morning on September 12. We were two couples, each couple has its own number. However, at the reception we were told that there were no available rooms and the four of us had to check in for one night in one room. Naturally, none of us agreed, there was a scandal, but in the end we were given two rooms, though they warned that one room would be taken away from us in the morning and moved to another. Morning came and no one moved us from this room, so we lived in this room until the end of the tour. After the scandal, they didn’t even take us to the room, they got on their own. The room is standard. The ventilation did not work, it felt like you were in a public toilet. The water from the shower did not drain. It doesn’t matter how many people live in the room, there is only one card, you come from the beach in a stuffy room or you have to go out in the evening, you definitely think what to do with the card. With food, too, it does not matter, there is no variety. Everything is modest. Fruit selection is very limited. During our time, there were only green oak apples, oak plums, melons, which also did not understand what taste, sometimes there were grapes and tangerines, this is mid-September, when there is an abundance of fruit around. Ice cream is not included at all. And this is a 5+ hotel. What they write about the hotel is not true at all. The service staff is polite, they clean quickly, the cleaning in the room is superficial. The hotel absolutely does not pull 5+, maximum 3.
