An impudent boor, a hotel worker named Elena (an unscrupulous, scandalous person) stated that there were no rooms. After a two hour scandal!!!!!!!!! ! we and our friends were given rooms!!!!!! It turns out that there were still free rooms in the hotel!!!!!! Horror. Farther.... We go into the room, the minibar is not full, the towels are torn, the bathrobe is torn!!! ! Well, what is it - five stars? ! The food is monotonous, the staff is rude, temples, and what is most surprising is that everyone does not care at all about the guests.
