Since I had a hard time choosing a hotel myself, there are a lot of conflicting reviews about this hotel, I promised myself that I would write an honest review after my stay at the Orange County Resort (end of September 2018)
SETTLEMENT
No questions. Rested with a one-year-old child, asked for the quietest room. They gave a room with a view of the neighboring hotel, though close to the pier, which is good, because the sea is closer, but not very good, because the music was still audible. But with the balcony closed and the air conditioner turned on, there was almost perfect silence. I think that in the rooms that are closer to the reception, and with a view of the hotel, nothing was heard at all.
ROOM
I was surprised by the opinion of those who wrote that the hotel is not 5 *. Of course, 5. And in design, and in filling the rooms, and in all sorts of little things, such as sets of shampoos, conditioner, lotion, cotton pads, sticks, toothbrush and paste. It's just that the hotel is already old, and the recent renovation does not save it.
There are nuances in the room (not critical, but I would like it better), maybe in other rooms it’s not like that, they haven’t seen it. The biggest disappointment was the towels. Well, very spree, just very, very. The same goes for beach towels.
NUTRITION
Generally without questions. Abundance and variety every day. Even not everything that they wanted, managed to try. They brought a suitcase of jars and cereals for the child - they never used it. Everyone took from the common table: yogurt, milk porridge, light soups, steamed and baked vegetables and fish, fruits.
ENTERTAINMENT
Just a break. Something happens all day long, there is no time to be bored at all. Water aerobics, darts, water volleyball. There are enough places everywhere (at the end of September), two of the three pools were always empty. The beach is small, but everything seems to fit. No one took the sunbeds.
FOR KIDS
On the beach there is a playground, on the territory there is another playground, a children's pool. Children's room is open from 10 to 0.00!!!
Children over 3 years old can be left without parents. The restaurant has high chairs, disposable bibs and wet wipes. Evening children's disco.
Since the hotel is positioned as an entertainment and youth hotel, there were few children (about 10 babies and about 20 older children of different ages). We liked it, there was no children's mover and screams.

Any request is fulfilled instantly. But the cleaning was very upset - they left garbage, they didn’t vacuum under the bed. Sometimes they cleaned up very late - after dinner. New shampoos were not always laid out, used ones were not removed. That's really cleaning and towels - two points that slightly overshadowed the rest.
