My husband and I always choose our hotel very carefully when we go on a "vegetable holiday" trip. In June, the cards lay down so that we could afford a luxurious vacation and chose a hotel without looking at the price. We liked Orange County Resort 5 * even in the brochures of the tour operator (Only Tour), but in reality it exceeded all our expectations.
The hotel is decorated in Dutch style. Along the pool-channel are separate houses. It feels like you're in a gingerbread town. In the main building, the reception is designed like a train station in Amsterdam. Very beautiful and stylish.
We lived in a large building, as separate houses are very expensive to rent. The main thing is not to get into the Orange graft rooms. They are damp because one of the walls in them is this wall of the pool. The impression of a luxury hotel can be spoiled.
Our room had a balcony, but this is rare for this hotel. The room itself was very comfortable and, I'm not afraid of the word, chic.

The food was excellent at the hotel. We have vacationed in Turkey many times already, but the food here was the coolest. Fast food at the pool was not limited to the usual burgers-potatoes. There were always freshly squeezed juices and hot waffles that were baked right in front of us. There were also 9 specialized restaurants on the territory. Specialties from local and foreign chefs are simply class. As if you are not in a hotel restaurant, but in a full-fledged European Michelin-star establishment.
Beer is the eternal scourge of Turkish hotels, it was very good here. The hotel itself is Dutch, so the owners took care of the beer. Cocktails, for my taste, cloying, but you can drink.
Despite October and like the end of the season, it was hot and crowded. There were quite a lot of Russians, but the main contingent of the hotel is Ukrainians and Dutch. The latter are crowded, crammed into themed restaurants, and it’s actually not realistic for “outsiders” to get hooked at a common table. Mafia! )))
We didn't swim much in the pool because the beach and sea were great. There were some problems with the sunbeds, but we are early birds, so we always got the best seats.
The Dutch also predominate among the attendants and animators. Animation in the hotel is very cool. All evening parties took place around a small stage on the banks of the canal or on the beach. There were many themed parties. I especially remember Jewish and Turkish. The atmosphere of the carnival, where you can take an active part if you wish. I showed off my skills in belly dance, and my husband sang “hava nagila” all evening.
We really liked Kemer itself. Big city with lots of entertainment. By the way, across the road from the hotel is the largest disco in Kemer. There are a lot of young people there, but we didn’t go there - we had fun in the hotel too.
