Rested at the hotel from 08/29/2011 to 09/05/2011. Unfortunately, I'll start with the negative. Dear administration, GRACHT rooms are a shame for your hotel (((((The biggest disappointment of the holiday is the room, which we could not change even for money, according to the guide and the administration there were simply no other free rooms at that time. earth, the window is like a window in a toilet: tiny and under the ceiling. The humidity is terrible, you go into a sauna, things do not dry - this is still an understatement, even those that were dry become wet. leave the air conditioner on (by the way, it worked properly). I think that it was the humid and cool air during sleep that caused my throat to hurt and the temperature rose already on the 2nd day of rest. There were 2 single beds in the room, although the voucher was marked "newlyweds", they said that there were no other beds in these rooms, and there were no decorations in the room for the newlyweds.
Room cleaning is satisfactory. Towels were changed every day, everything needed, such as shampoos, were reported regularly. The bed was made only once, the rest of the time by myself (it's not difficult for me). The bathroom floor wasn't cleaned every day either. I won’t say anything about changing the bed, because I didn’t notice. On the 3rd day they brought bathrobes and put flowers in the bath. Bathrobes, according to other tourists, were not brought to everyone, although no one (including us) was stingy with tips. The bar was replenished regularly, the only thing that strained is that they come in, despite the inscription "do not disturb".
The promised wi-fi was in the room, the speed was not very high, but it would be enough for correspondence in ICQ and checking mail. After a strong wind, however, the Internet disappeared for 1-2 days, but for us it was not critical.

The hotel area is small, but well thought out, well maintained. There is almost no greenery. The pool is large, shallow, usually few people swim. There are 2 slides, I work, apparently, according to some kind of schedule. I really liked the pier, it's convenient that no special slippers for pebbles are needed. The sea is clean and transparent. Some debris washed up only on one of the days when there was a strong wind and waves. But on this day we swayed very well on the waves; )
Satisfied with food and drinks. There was enough meat, just enough. Everything is very diverse, for every taste. Nice, there were a lot of different fruits. Juices seem to be soluble, not tasty, I replaced them with watermelons)) at dinner, instead of drinks, I took a few pieces of watermelon. You can eat and drink around the clock. There is always at least one bar with free drinks, this information is written in the brochure that is given out upon check-in. We went to 2 a'la carte restaurants: the Mexican one was not impressive, in Italian be sure to order lasagna)
There are quite a lot of foreigners in the hotel, but there are also enough Russians. We were mostly lucky, we came across adequate people, but one night we were awakened by our drunken compatriots knocking on the door. By the way, there is no soundproofing in GRACHT rooms. In the last 2 days, a company of guys drove into neighboring rooms, you can even hear conversations (
I won’t say much about animation, because we didn’t go for it. But 1 time were at the disco just in time for the holiday. I liked everything, great fireworks, delicious and beautiful huge cake. The hotel is a bit noisy, the music is almost around the clock and from everywhere. The music is good, but sometimes can be annoying.
I liked that you don't have to worry about valuable things. Only cash was kept in the safe in the room. Everything else: a laptop, phones, a camera, jewelry - lay on the table, bedside table or bed, no one touched anything. Bags and phones were left on the sunbeds. Once they forgot on a chair during dinner a package with just bought souvenirs, they came in 10 minutes, the package was already taken to the reception, returned without problems.
Bottom line: the sea and the sun will overshadow all the little things; ) only if you are offered a GRACHT number do not agree for anything ((((((((((
