I'll start my review with the fact that this is not the first time in Turkey and of course there is something to compare with... An excellent hotel, though without animation. But those who travel to any country, to any resort and hotel with a great mood will get what they wanted... The rooms are new, I can’t say anything bad about the air conditioner - everything was fine with us... (the room on the second floor overlooking the pool and the sea). I must say right away that they paid $ 50 for the room - they didn’t waste time on trifles so as not to think later why this or that didn’t work - as was the case with some tourists who lived on the 5th floor).
food - no complaints, as in any top five. Lots of sweets and fruits. Drinks - not diluted, of normal quality... and in any quantity. Special thanks to Grandma Bey, who made cakes with various fillings. . . Her work deserves a low bow - it's just a pleasure to watch how skillfully she uses a rolling pin. . . Also french fries, hamburgers and salads. . . well, I can't imagine how you can go hungry. . . Service - excellent, separate respect to Ramazan, Romeo, Sedar, Hassan and other waiters . .
The territory is well-groomed and beautiful... I looked next to Bonadea Beach - 4 stars, well, it's just a nightmare !! ! no territory, no beach... Therefore, people - do not waste time on trifles, go to a normal hotel, let it cost more, but at least you won’t bite your elbows!

The beach is excellent, the service is appropriate... given the heat that is this year in Turkey - the canopies that are stretched across the entire beach save... there are no awnings, only umbrellas that constantly break).
and as for the animation - yes, it is not there... But on the one hand, this is excellent, because the music from neighboring hotels is constantly yelling, trying to shout down each other.
I recommend to go at least once to the disco Inferno, Aura or Arena. . . and animation is provided for you. . . Hello Mansur - if you recognize him, you won't need animation anymore, he will replace everyone and everything. . .

I can’t say anything bad about the guides at the hotel - I didn’t have to ask for anything... and they didn’t tell us anything new (given many years of experience traveling to Turkey).
but about the guide upon arrival - there is simply no limit to indignation !!!! ! our flight was delayed for 3 hours - of course we knew about this from the hotel guides, but when we arrived at the airport - it turned out that the flight was delayed for another 1.5 hours....okay . . reconciled... although I don’t think that when we went to the airport - no one knew about it... (from the guides of course)...
We arrived home already (at 23.30, despite the fact that our flight was at 15.10), and then it began... We flew from Zaporozhye, despite the fact that we live in the Dnieper, the transfer from Dnipro airport to Zaporozhye airport was included in the price of the tour... And here's an interesting story. . .

we arrived at night... by the time we reached the Dnieper it was already one in the morning....well, think about how you can leave the airport at that time... when you try to negotiate or with a guide (I’m sorry I don’t know his name, Dima, in my opinion ) or with a driver - the result is zero, so that they at least take people to the city center, from where it is easier to get... one dumps on the other, and no one wants to help... they tried to find out the phone number of the Turtess representative who will help solve the problem - to which they received an answer "He needs it, at one in the morning to find out who and where to take" !!!!!!!!!
This is the only thing that blurred the last impression, but these are the problems of Turtesse... and not the hotel...
as a conclusion - a great hotel, in which more than once I want to return!!!
