And most importantly: for 5 days there was never a cleaning in the room, no change of towels and bed linen. On the 6th day, after several calls and a written complaint, cleaners were sent and we showed them what to do. That's horrible. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel in the world.

Where is there any food, except for a run-down pastry shop with ten kinds of shortbread cookies? My parents had two restaurants, bars, something else in Side. . .

In two weeks, you will find out: in the only eatery that was not broken by the desire to save money poorly disguised by covid, there is no hot food in principle. That is, there is no organization. It is prepared, laid out on large trays and waited until dinner begins. New food instead of the disassembled by tourists is also prepared ahead of time and - yes! - spread on trays and wait until the first baking sheet is completely empty. For two weeks you will try two hot dishes: tea and coffee. Any stew, grilled potatoes, cheese tortillas, pasta and anything else will be cold. A little warm if you're lucky. By the way, it won’t work just to come up and take food: first you will need to stand in a queue as long as a couple of tourist buses. Yes, for every meal. Yes, in order to sit down and eat what you have taken, you will also have to wander around and wait: there are no places at the tables, you had to take it earlier. No, it's not the highest season, it's the end of September. Oh, it’s okay for you to be angry, eat already, tourists. Yes, straight from those chipped-edged bowls with detergent and dried sauce stains. Yes, just these unwashed fruits, gray with dust. Listen, what difference does it make to us if you get some kind of sluggish intestinal infection on the third day? This is a five star hotel, not a hospital. Unpack the first aid kit, you knew where you were going.
In fairness, for two weeks you will find the hotel and the benefits. This is the location (don't believe the individual guide who says you're in the center of Kemer - Kemer ends after ten minutes of leisurely walking): there is a pleasant promenade along the road, lots of greenery and few intrusive merchants. This is an excellent, warm and clean sea (you can go down into it from the pier; in the second week, the breaking waves will demolish the ladder, and individual workers will install it back, kindly painting over all the algae and shells and putting it into the water without drying; the paint will remain on the hands every time you venture down). These are sunbeds on the pier, comfortable and soft (if you get up at six in the morning, you can even take one; the rest of the time, alas, they are almost all busy). These are adorable hotel cats begging for food at breakfast (some people will say that this is unsanitary, and in some ways they will be right, but this is the cutest appearance of unsanitary conditions in a hotel, and believe me, you will have something to compare with). This, after all, is the pressure of water in the shower - its temperature changes depending on the time of day and the phase of the moon, but you can wash your hair after swimming, and this is important at sea.
There are positives to this hotel. But if on vacation you prefer the opportunity to relax and enjoy your vacation to queues, minor repairs, cold food, unsanitary conditions and the careless attitude of the administration, choose another hotel. Palmet will not offer you such luxury.

We arrived at 10 am, we were settled in an hour later in the main new building, although we were supposed to be in the building opposite Anex. They didn’t take the money, I was looking for a catch. On the third day I understood. There is a problem with air conditioning in this building. In the hallway, dripping from the ceiling onto the carpets, huge puddles, buckets are not everywhere. Because of this, insane humidity in the room (this is room 1025). We don’t turn on the air conditioner at all, I’m afraid it will blow the child, the wall where the air conditioner passes is all wet, moldy. On the third day the cold water was turned off.

Again, the last time we rested in 3 * this was not, apparently in 5 * hotels people consider themselves stars and do what they want.
In 3 * people have a rest in a simpler and more humane way. We have windows next to the pond. Smells like sewage in the evening. And there is a husky sitting in a cage, in such heat, it is very pitiful to see him breathing heavily. They feed him scraps of fried meat. The impressions are very sad (. The sea is cool, clean, the beach is also clean. It's a pity for the money, I think you can take a hotel with less stars, but the service there will be better and the people are kinder.

An old, literally smelly dining room, terrible stuffiness, air conditioners simply can’t cope with the word at all, all the plates are dirty, greasy and broken, in general, everything. It is clear that you will not stay hungry and blablabla, but this is horror. Once we saw beef meat, for 10 kg of vegetables, a pound of low-quality meat, as a result, vegetables on a plate and among them a couple of pieces of meat with veins and tubes))) production waste is visible. As a result, we went for dinner to a restaurant in the center of Kemer 4 times out of 7 days.

The next day there were no rooms, they changed on the third day, as a result, the air conditioner simply did not work in this room, and the windows faced south. On the fifth day, thanks to the director of the hotel, they changed our room (he personally came and saw what didn’t suit us), the reception did not respond to our requests at all (even for money). As a result, the room is good with air conditioning.
Phones in the hotel do not work, on the ground floor and on the first floor there were none at all, and on the second floor there was, but did not work. Safes and refrigerators in the hotel in any room where we were did not work. In terms of nutrition, since this is a budget hotel, I liked everything, except of course the dishes (half of the plates need to be thrown away there, beaten). There were no complaints about food, they try, everything is very tasty. With fruits melon, watermelon, apples, grapes, plum, orange. Lots of types of cheese. Baklava is very tasty. Portions are always large (always asked to impose less). There are a lot of flies in the dining room (restaurant). The beach and the sea are just perfect. Beach towels are just rags that should be thrown away a long time ago, all greasy. All colors and different years of release, and the smell in these towels, old oil (probably they are from the spa), they stopped using them there, since the holes are already visible, so they were given to the beach. Housekeeping, I didn't notice it.
When I read the reviews of people who rested in front of us, I was directly indignant, because I think, well, how can you pay attention to such trifles. And when we got to this hotel, I realized that it was just awful. They always say that Turkey is much higher and better service than Egypt, if you compare price and quality. It is not true. I'm not talking about hotels in which the service is better, in them the price is correspondingly higher. If at first I was lucky with the number, then I think the rest would have been a success. I always thought that service, rooms are not the main thing, and the main thing is the sea, beach, infrastructure.

The result is 3 rooms in different parts of the hotel, in one the air conditioner worked poorly, the cleaners themselves inserted a piece of cardboard for us, and the air conditioner, making a hum, worked all 7 days without interruption (1429), 4th floor, one elevator broke down, in the second it constantly travelsstaff, no cargo, they carry carts, the safe did not work in 2 rooms. When asked to do something, the response is 0! Recorded, did nothing (1113 and 1151). In room 1429, the floors were mopped only when I went to the reception and asked to send cleaning and wash the floor. There was a smell from the trash can, and liquid was leaking from the previous tenants (((Dining room - it would seem, well, put a stack of plates next to each distribution, but no! Why so easy! First you need to get a plate with a fight, then defend the huge queues for food. Example - in the morning I came up for oatmeal - you can’t pour oatmeal into an ordinary plate, you need soup. He says - bring a plate!
I go looking, there are no soups anywhere, I beg for this plate on snacks, it takes about 5 minutes to explain that I need a deep plate. I got it with a fight, I go to the other end, I stand again in a huge queue, I get porridge in 30 minutes! Hurray, the child has already trampled on buns, porridge is not needed. Juice ran out on Wednesday, alcohol at the main bar on Thursday afternoon. At a bar near the sea, they won’t make you a cocktail, they mix whiskey and cola, and that’s it! The territory is very small, everything is on the head, the sunbeds at 7 am are already occupied. The territory is decorated with a pond with dead ducks. And no one cares to clean up, everywhere is dirty, the plates are all broken, plastic glasses, disposable, lying around everywhere, they will be removed only in the evening. One girl from our company had a birthday, it would seem, is it really so difficult to send a plate of fruit, or a cake? No, why? By the way, the travel agent also wrote in a note about d. r. The hotel is from the very edge of Kemer, far from the center!! If you want to walk in the evenings, keep in mind that by the time you get to the center in the heat, you won’t want anything! Conclusion - if the tour is inexpensive, and you need the sea, buy it. For the rest - you are not here!

We tried to change the room to a standard room through the operator, but everyone at the reception poked around, discussed it for a long time and tediously, the guide had a conversation with them about the surcharge, even so as not to spoil their vacation, they decided to measure themselves and not raise a storm, although others said that they had achieved.

We arrived at 5 am and before 2 pm.
00 check-in, you had to wait to run for 3 minutes in the heat to your room, which, of course, was not fun at all, you had to endure it, as well as change clothes in the toilet closer to the sea, at least it was clean there, in the rest it was so-so. The room was changed a couple of times immediately upon arrival, the first option was even without a balcony, they gave another one more or less, but the view is on the neighboring chicken coop, the cockerels will sing a song at 5.00 like a bayonet and there will be an early rise. The cleaning is so-so, the towels were changed, the mirrors, as before the settlement, were not very good, they remained, apparently no one controls them.

The food is normal and it’s not worth crowding like everyone is at the peak, you can adapt a little and come earlier or later, the air conditioning really can’t cope, the plates are of course tacky and a lot, but there are so many people from all that I’m surprised how there is enough of everything, but you won’t be hungry exactly.
I take sunbeds both on the sea and by the pool, but near the sea there and under a canopy you can cook, they never took it, because at about 8.00 the sun fries there. By the pool there is a shade from the trees, it’s easier, you can easily go to the sea before lunch, and you’ll have time to get burned.

The territory is small, we have seen others, but every meter is very stuffed everywhere. Between the neighboring hotel there are rates with geese and ducks, green, of course, only takes up space, the option, like with a chicken coop, is not clear. But the sea is super, everything else you can close your eyes for a week. But if you have not booked yet, find, perhaps nearby, another hotel and ask for more information (only across the road from this hotel, as it were, there are still buildings). Have a good rest everyone and let no one spoil it with anything)

We also looked at the entertainment program for adults and decided to do the same. Dirty, the air conditioner worked in the room with grief. No safe, no TV, the doors are the best in the student hostel. Neither near the pool, nor on the slides (wretched) there is no staff, what kind of security is there. Even near the simulators there is no one, the children turn them on themselves, and no one is interested in injuries, fortunately, that on the last day. The only thing that saved the situation was the company. I do not recommend the Palmet to anyone. Look for another. Well, aren’t you from Kholmogory and you haven’t rested anywhere.
