We did not choose this hotel, the day before departure we were informed that an overbooking had occurred, we could not get to our hotel, and Palmet is the only alternative for the same money. We read the reviews and were very upset, because there was a lot of negativity. But what to do, they flew.

We arrived at the hotel at 4 pm, at the reception we were asked to walk for an hour while the room was being prepared, which is rather strange, since the hotel was not very full. An hour later, when we returned, the room was ready.

There were only two of us, but they gave us a room for three. One large bed and one standard. The room was large and bright with windows overlooking the beach, but the sea itself and the territory of the hotel could not be seen well, because the second floor. And the trees covered almost everything.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, all smiling, trying.

The rooms are cleaned every day, linen, towels are changed, water is put in the refrigerator. No questions. Left a dollar, got slippers)
The kitchen also completely suited us, there was always chicken and fish, several types of grilled meat. Garnishes are also for every taste. Dessert sea. From fruits they gave oranges, grapefruits, apples, pears, melons, watermelons, but not all at once. Bananas and strawberries only in desserts. For breakfast, there are four courses of eggs, pancakes, delicious yoghurts.
A bunch of dry breakfasts, cereals.

The woman was preparing very tasty guzleme.

Ice cream was served from three to four.

Clean large beach towels every day, bottled water is provided everywhere. There are a lot of sunbeds, though under the awning we had to take places in advance. The beach is large enough with a very good entry into the sea. But for those who wish, you can go down the stairs to the sea from the pier.

Every day there are yoga, aqua aerobics and water polo classes.

Now for the disadvantages.
The elevator did not work several times, we lived on the second floor, so it was not a big problem, but it was not pleasant to go to the fifth floor.
Air conditioning did not work in May, the last couple of days it was stuffy in the room.

In the bathroom, water was leaking all the time on the floor, either from the shower cabin, or from somewhere else.

Very noisy after 8pm until 12pm. The closed door does not save from the screams of the DJ and the music. And also from the screams of children at the pool during the day, especially when the Turkish children's football team settled in).

Wifi is free throughout the hotel which is a plus. But it only catches well when everyone is asleep. At night and early in the morning, the rest of the time, everything is not so rosy, especially when there are a lot of people in the hotel.

There are few outdoor tables in the restaurant, in the last two days there have been more people, and if you don’t come in advance and take a seat, you will have to dine inside.

It’s about twenty minutes to walk to the center, you can reach Waikiki and Migros without any problems, and if you get to Moon Light Park, then it’s already far away.

But in general, we were satisfied with the rest, and these disadvantages did not spoil it for us.
Beautiful clear sea, good food, walks around the city and the promenade, everything was wonderful.
