I'll start with the room: we were settled in a room without a balcony (the room itself was clean with an updated renovation, not bad), but the view rested on the roof, a small window was almost under the ceiling. We turned to the reception with a request to change a room with a balcony, to which we were told that the rooms are all occupied and there is an improved room for $ 30 per day. Left to live in it. No cosmetics in the bathroom! There are shower caps in the basket, for beauty)) And liquid soap is nailed to the wall. Dry swimsuits, towels, of course, no where. Stock up on swimwear if you still decide to go to this hotel. Since, they will dry with you for a day. The room in which we settled is located near the elevator and stairs! ! There is no isolation! From 7 in the morning the whole floor starts to go to breakfast and all the conversations, screams, slamming the door will be perfectly audible. Therefore, if you cannot sleep under the noise, you will not be able to sleep here. And the next day I turned to the reception with a request to change the pillow, as it was very hard and it was not comfortable to sleep on it. (I will mention that the second pillow on which my friend slept was soft and comfortable) had to be arranged scandal to get results. After 5 minutes they brought me two pillows to choose from. They put ice cream themselves in a waffle cup, since I took it to try - it's some kind of sticky sweet mixture, it's impossible to eat. Branded ice cream, in packages, as well as yogurt, juices, drinks are not here! A la card restaurant - paid reservation! 5-10$
Alcohol: local bottling, but most of all struck by the portions. A 100-gram glass is filled halfway with a drink. Those who like to drink will get tired of running to the bar)) Waiters do not bring drinks on order. You have to go to the bar and order. also, the bar on the beach is open until 17.30 (there is only water, beer, ayran), near the pool until 00.00, then you can go to the lobby bar, but all alcoholic drinks become paid (this is the first time I meet this)
Animation: unobtrusive, there were games in the pool, aqua aerobics, etc. Good evening shows (as for such a hotel) dances of high enough quality, acrobats, gymnasts. . . The hotel is designed for regular guests. Category of vacationers: 80% are 60+, 20% are families with children. There is nothing for young people to do here. I have heard many times that people have a rest here not for the first time. Most likely, they provide rooms with balconies.
Tip: people who know what 5 stars are and who are coming here for the first time will not like the hotel. I advise you not to save or choose another hotel.
