Since those who have bought a tour on such conditions are given rooms either on the ground floor with a view of the roof of the laundry, or storage rooms without a balcony. That is, do not expect that having bought a ROH tour, they will give you a free room from the standard ones, no, they will give you a free room from the worst hotel room. The only thing they offer is to pay 30 USD per day for a room with a terrace.

We were put in a room on the first (zero) floor, overlooking the roof of the laundry room, or rather not a view, but right from the balcony you could go out and walk along the roof....well, as a bonus, Tahtali Mountain was visible in the distance))) from- for the fact that this roof was heated, there was a lot of humidity and the laundry did not dry at all! as we later realized from the reviews of people, this is not the worst room)) We were told that there were no other free ones - either this one or without a balcony. Agreed to this one.
The hotel is very smart in selling tours with the Roh category, as under this name they sell the worst rooms. It would be fair to state what it means to provide a room without a balcony, etc.
There are liquid soap and shower gel dispensers in the bathroom, cotton buds and sponges (this is the most important of cosmetics according to the hotel) and shower caps))) there were no bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes.
The decoration of the room looks simple compared to the pompous hall, the furniture is a bit old. Pillows and mattresses are very good and comfortable!
Since we were traveling with a small child, we were provided with a cot-type playpen. The view of the crib was horrendous - the edges of the sides were torn and dirty, with foam rubber sticking out. The crib mattress and mattress topper were dirty and the bottom of the crib was moldy. On our request to change the crib - no one raged twice, and on the third time they said that they all have such. To provide children with such furniture is a shame and disgrace for such a hotel, positioning itself as one of the best in Tekirovo! This should be disposed of, as it is a breeding ground for bacteria! at our request, instead of a soiled mattress, they brought us a piece of clean foam rubber wrapped in a sheet and a clean bottom from another bed. This attitude towards children is a big minus for the hotel! Since such cribs cost a penny and they could have been updated a long time ago, and not provide vacationers with such a disgrace!
2) Power
The food is good. The kids also have something to eat. Much has already been written here, dishes have been listed, a wide variety, for every taste - meat, fish, snacks, salads, desserts, etc. I will not repeat myself. The only thing that upset - for 10 days of rest, seafood was seen only 1 time - it was a seafood sauté . Crayfish, shrimp, etc. never happened. In some reviews I read about oysters, crayfish....for 10 days of rest, we did not see them. Sadly.

There was plenty of baklava and enough for everyone. We ate her. Super!
Regarding alcohol - they didn’t get drunk from beer, wine and champagne))) champagne is more like sweet soda.
3) Cleaning
Cleaning daily, cleaned well, changed towels and sheets daily. We left 1 USD, I can’t say if this affected the quality of cleaning. Everything is fine.

I was annoyed by the constant blocking of a part of the restaurant where it was impossible to go and sit at a table. Despite the fact that in the accessible part of the restaurant there might not be empty seats. This is somehow inappropriate - people come and have nowhere to sit.

Children's high chairs were wiped badly and for some reason wrapped in cling film. The straps of the chairs are dirty, it would be nice to periodically remove them and wash them. Thanks to such unsanitary conditions for children's furniture, our child caught the virus and on the sixth day of rest the temperature rose to 38.5 (except for the hotel they were nowhere). There was no rash, but one mother, having heard our conversation, said that their child also fell ill and a rash appeared.
The minibar in the room was replenished every three days.
