1) Uninteresting animation for children. One animator - Vera. She is a wonderful person, gets along well with children, but the boys are bored, girls aged 4-10 were interested in her. In the evening, the ritual of "reading rhymes" stretched for 40 minutes got tired already on the 3rd day.
2) Service. Could not help but irritate the attitude of bartenders and waiters. In a restaurant, a plate of food is snatched out from under the nose, it seems that the hotel is busy with clean dishes, so if you gape, dinner will be taken away. The service at the bar also leaves much to be desired. Especially in the lobby. Turkish coffee could wait 40 minutes, and not the fact that they will bring
3) the territory is small, there is nowhere to walk
4) the sea was often dirty
5) in the second week of September, part of the cooks left, the quality of food deteriorated badly
