Rested in October with my wife and two children. Before that, they rested in beldibi: "Catamaran" (sucks completely) and "Rixos Beldibi", in Kushazas: "Aquafentezi", in Fethiye: "Flying" and 2 times in Alanya: "Utopia".

Settled in the room quickly - respect to the administrators. The room itself turned out to be surprisingly large (we thought it would be less comfortable) with a large balcony, 2 and 1 double beds and a folding ottoman. We lived in very comfortable conditions: there was enough space, the view was on the garden - relative silence and tranquility, I think it would be noisy in rooms closer to the pool, given the evening entertainment, although for youth it is not a fact. The nature is beautiful, although, say, in Utopia and Letunia, it is much more beautiful (these hotels have really stunning views and landscape).

The staff tries very hard - this is noticeable, for which the hotel respects, and this clearly adds to the pluses.

Food for 5 * ultra all inclusive - in my opinion, it does not hold out: in a week I saw crayfish, mussels and squid once, there was always one or two types of fish, turkey, chicken and beef. Once I saw parmesan, behind which there was a decent queue and it was cut to zero))). In principle - a lot of food, but not a fountain. But I'm not a gourmet - for me it's not critical, and so I constantly overeat))).
With drinks - not respect at all. Alcohol is local, although Jim Beam, Ballantines and some kind of Italian brandy were poured in the lobby, but for the declared level of the hotel - not at all. I think lovers of tight and decent drink there will not be comfortable. Take, for example, Letunia, Rixos, Utopia or Aqua Fantasy - food and drinks were much better there. But, I repeat, for me personally, this was not a particular problem, I grabbed a large bottle of good cognac in the duty station, and this plus the hotel was quite enough for me and my wife.
It was nice to have a free minibar in the room. Good wifi but not everywhere. A beautiful hall, well-groomed, but not a very large area, a good water park (adult + children), which is also a clear and significant plus. The beach is sandy and pebbly, with a pier, a lot of sun loungers and tents - this is also a plus. the sea is clean and warm - a plus. The animators did their best - a definite plus, the children in the club had fun and interesting - a plus. I heard that some visitors complained about the noise in the rooms above the main restaurant, some were not happy with the assortment of food and especially drink, sometimes I noticed flies in the main restaurant.
Great idea - patisserie is a plus (especially for women and kids). Evening shows are at their best (I haven’t seen in any hotel that teams from outside are constantly invited, usually hotel activities are mainly involved in such events (once I counted 24 people in a Latin American dance show! ), For which the hotel is a definite plus. Twice it was gorgeous fireworks - a plus. A pianist regularly plays the piano in the lobby - a plus. My wife went twice for a massage in a spa to Thai - she was satisfied.

What I especially liked was the lack of crowds of vacationers anywhere, there were always a lot of inflatable circles in the water park, I didn’t see any special queues on the slides, there were always free sun loungers near the pool, on the beach and the pier. Although there were not so few people in the hotel, it somehow "dissolved".

In general, it can be noted that for its price - this is quite a good hotel, all four of us liked it in total. Yes, there are better hotels, but most of them will be more expensive. If you expand the range of food and European alcohol here, it will be generally super. I'm after the Queens Park in total - obviously positive.
