We were in this hotel three and four years ago. Now disappointed. To begin with, I want to say that high ratings on this site, as well as on others, tend to mislead people very much when looking for a hotel to relax, which happened in our case. If you are visiting Turkey for the first time and choose this hotel, you may be satisfied, but when you have something to compare with (quality 5 stars), alas, it will be a very big disappointment. Before that we were in Alva Donna was even lower than in Queens Park Tekirova at that time.

When we entered the room, it was a shock. a miniature room with one bed, which is the size of a queen bed or even smaller, where the view from the window overlooks the roof. At the reception could offer only for a fee with a sea view. After long conversations, they settled for the night in a two-room suite (which was removed only by 14 o'clock.

The next day at 14 settled in a normal room. Why did we not understand the booking of rooms?

Further, the mini bar was empty, there was nothing at all, during the stay (11 days) the mini bar was replenished 2 times!! ! When they came to the reception, they said why do you need a mini bar, if you need anything, you can take bottles in the dining room. Well it is more like Yes. But this is a hotel, this is not an apartment, the cost of the hotel includes a service that was completely absent.

Cleaning...ahem...well, cleaned normally, but only in the afternoon.

Why not come in the morning and clean up! For 11 days the bed was not changed once.

When all this was expressed at the reception, as well as about the mini-bar from which the medicine box disappeared. Sorry, but we also did not come to walk every day and talk about the jambs of the hotel to the receptionists. People come to relax, not to sort things out (before that, and so they came up three times).

The food is so-so.
The choice is small, NOT everything is tasty, the fruits were apples, pears and oranges. 2 pm there were strawberries and that's it...

Nuts SUPER there are peanuts with a proportion of 5 peanuts, 15 some salted dough balls and 80 corn kernels (wtf), they cooked something for chickens, well, somehow it really smiled. Even the pigeons couldn't chew on the balloons. I really wanted to treat the owner of the hotel with them and so that he would drink beer or liquor - it is simply impossible to drink painted water. By the way, at his command, 1/3 of a glass of champagne is poured.

They put a mini cake and one fork in my room for my anniversary, well, it’s like we live together ...Because there is no tea and coffee in the room, only the kettle is bored, we went down to the bar at the reception with a cake to be happy with coffee, but that's not how it all happened. The girl from the servants just began to kick us out with this cake to the room. We resolved the issue with the senior bar, but the sediment remained.

The beach is rocky, and the stones are large.

The first day we came to the beach, one person fell. Yes, there is a pier, but when you come to Turkey (because of this we don’t go to Egypt on purpose), you want a normal safe entry. The beds and tables are dirty.

Be aware that check-out at this hotel is at 11 am. First encountered this in Turkey, usually always and everywhere at 12:00;

From the good:

I would like to note the service in the restaurant, the guys worked very quickly and efficiently, they always joked, they came up to find out if everything was in order and followed the situation.

I would like to return the tables to the balconies.

Yes, the price of the hotel is not high, but even for this money you can find much better options + there are new hotels for which it will be important to interest and retain new customers with high-quality service.

Over the past five years of our holidays in Turkey (and we leave 2 times a year), unfortunately, this was the most negative experience. I regret choosing this hotel. We won't come back here again!!! !
