The hotel deserves all its 5 stars!
When I tried to write a review, I thought that I would write from the jambs, but I did not find them!
So:
We arrived with my family of 3 people at 09:00, settled us by 10:00, immediately offered us to go to have breakfast, gave cards for towels and showed us where to change clothes.
The room we got was not new (but we didn’t pay for a new one), but spacious, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The room is cleaned at least every day (the main thing is to report this on the info panel on the door), the non-alcoholic mini-bar is replenished every 2 days, but if you ask, they will bring it on demand.
You will definitely not go hungry in the hotel, there is a lot of food and it is delicious!
The animation is very rich and the animators are calling you straight!
Hotel attention should be paid to the hotel staff!! ! This staff works at a high level, not a single bad word or smirk, friendly, fast and very attentive). We have never seen anything like this, our people who work in the service sector still have to study and study!!!
When you left (departure here during the pandemic at 11:00) you are still allowed to continue using towels and absolutely all services (except for the room) until your transfer! By the way, the number can be extended if necessary!
If you don't like the room, you can change it (no extra charge) if it is of the same level! (I didn’t like the view from the window, the bed, just not your atmosphere : ) )
It will not work here to escape / rest from our people (99% of vacationers are Ukrainians).
In terms of food, it is varied, meat (chicken, beef), fish (trout, dorado, mackerel), sushi, American fast food, salads, a very large number of desserts, a variety of side dishes, pizza, fruits (apples, bananas, pears, strawberries, plums, oranges, pomegranates), juices, orange juice, dry wine and champagne, various alcohol, but mostly local (whiskey, cognac, vodka, beer, martini, Baileys) there are also imported whiskeys! In total, they give you a lot and even offer you more! At the bar and in the restaurant, they remember what you are drinking and, as soon as they see you, they immediately offer your drinks!
