Before choosing a hotel, I carefully read the reviews, I did not want to spoil my vacation. I didn’t want to - and didn’t spoil it, largely thanks to this site and the reviews of other vacationers. Therefore, I decided to leave my own (maybe someone will help with the choice). Rested in Queens from 11 to 18 August. The weather was super, the sea is just extraordinary. And with the hotel as a whole, we did not lose. The territory is very cozy and green, the gardeners must be given their due - well done!! ! Yes, and the layout of the territory, in my opinion, is successful: everything is located compactly. They settled us quickly enough (although we had to wait about an hour), but they gave us the room we asked for (so that it was quiet and you couldn’t hear the animation). The 20 dollars invested in the passport were returned, which we were pleasantly surprised at. The room itself overlooked the mini-club. The room was large, the evening animation was really not audible, and the neighboring Fesalis was located far enough away, so that in the evening you could relax calmly.
The food at the hotel is quite decent. Lunches and dinners - assortment - very(!!!! ) wide. And soups, and meat, and pastries - everything is on the level. At breakfast, the choice of dishes is more modest: cheeses (cheeses like cheese are very salty), ham and fried sausages, eggs in various versions (boiled, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs), snacks, yogurts and canned fruits, pastries (mostly puff (with or without filling) or rich without filling. Among the shortcomings of the main restaurant, I can name one - the coffee that they offer you can’t drink there! It’s complete nonsense, so we went to the lobby bar for a cup of coffee, but even there you have to ask to make Turkish coffee, otherwise if you ask just coffee, there is a chance to get something not very tasty again. And yet, you can order very, very, very tasty champagne in the lobby. It is clearly tastier there than in the main restaurant (not only due to the fact that it is better chilled, but and a cocktail cherry put in a glass is very appropriate).
They didn’t use the bar by the pool often, but they clearly understood that if you take cocktails, you should order them from Yusuf, he is a smart girl, he doesn’t make them in such a way as to quickly chop something up, but to make it really tasty.

Room cleaning is generally normal, but somehow I even had to hang a sign on the door with a request to clean the room, because on the previous day (despite the fact that cleaning is daily), they forgot to clean it. And upon check-in, the mini-bar was empty, they asked the reception to replenish it, but they actually found water and drinks there only after 16-00 the next day. Although the problem with water was solved quite simply: they took bottles in the lobby bar.
We would like to pay special attention to excursions: having familiarized ourselves with the prices for excursions offered by our tour operator at the ifo-meeting, we decided to go to the village and find out what it is like there. Opposite the gendarmerie, we went to the Yukon tour agency, Ramil (the owner of the agency), offered prices actually half as cheap (they went to Mira-Kekova together for $ 50 and $ 16 (for two) paid extra for entrance tickets to the museum in Mir, and the tour operator offered $55 per person). As Ramil promised, the tour was led by a guide who spoke Russian well, the girl turned out to be humorous, so it was not only informative, but also fun. Also, through Ramil, they bought a visit to the Turkish bath (also twice as cheap as what was offered at the hotel, even taking into account the discount of the tour operator). We were taken to the bathhouse through several hotels in the top four, where the bathhouse is not so beautiful, but the service is essentially the same, in general - we were satisfied.
The only unpleasant moment for me was that tourists who have an early check-out from the hotel (before 7 am, when the restaurant opens for breakfast) are not given lunch packages. We made a similar request to the reception, so we were told that you would drink tea with cookies in the lobby. Considering that not everyone can even eat cookies at 5 in the morning (considering that they just woke up), and it takes 2 hours to drive to the airport, and then another 2 hours to check in... Somehow it turns out ugly, after all, for a hotel 5 stars to save on a roll and a piece of cheese is not camille, as they say.
And as a result: the hotel as a whole is very decent, beautiful, tasty, fun (the animation is not bad and unobtrusive). If you go - you will not regret it, the main thing is a good mood!
