Greetings to all who read my review! I went to Turkey with my wife from 09/08/11 to 09/18/11.
Upon arrival at the hotel, at about 15:00, we were settled in 15 minutes. During this time, we went to the snack bar and looked at the territory a little. Room 312 made a bad impression, small, with depressing colors, with peeling paint on the wooden doors leading to the balcony. In the bathroom, the tile resembled old Soviet sanatoriums, damaged in places, smeared with cement in places, apparently there was a shower fixture there earlier. There was rubbish under the bed which was not removed even before we left. The wife immediately went to the reception with a request to change the room, but they said that it was a good room and all the other free rooms were even worse. We stayed in this room until the end of our holiday. In the tour voucher, the accommodation was indicated by ROH i. e. at the discretion of the administration, so I had no legal claims for placement. I will continue the description of the number to close this topic. As it was already written earlier in the reviews, the shower stall was not airtight, and there was always water on the floor after taking a shower, the shower sprayed water in all directions. And the worst thing is that rather large cockroaches were seen in the room twice. Although, according to the people I met, these “animals” were not seen in their rooms. To be as objective as possible, I will list the good: all the appliances worked in the room, a good large bed with a comfortable mattress. Cleaning was done every day, quite high quality, except for the area under the bed. Every time we left a dollar, we observed various figures on the bed made of bed linen, artificial and natural flowers. The water was cold and hot all the time. Linen was changed in a timely manner, towels, too, after they were left on the floor. Once the air conditioner leaked, they fixed it during the time we were at lunch.
Now let's move on to the territory and buildings. As it was written more than once, in the hall where the reception is located there is not a pleasant smell, when we asked what it was, they answered that the furniture was made of a rare breed of wood - Lebanese cedar, and this is its natural smell. However, according to our observations, the smell did not come from the furniture. My wife and I liked the territory, there are no questions at all regarding greenery and flowers, but the statues could be better looked after, although everything is wonderful anyway. Two small pools, they were not used often, so there are no complaints about the size, especially since the hotel is located on the first line. There were enough sun loungers for everyone around the pool, on the beach and on the territory. Lovely pier where my wife and I loved to sit in the evenings admiring the views of the mountains and the sea. From entertainment on site table tennis and American billiards. Not far from the reception there is a computer where those who wish can access the Internet (for a fee) or write information to a USB flash drive, disk (free of charge). Internet two dollars an hour, from your laptop or smartphone. I paid once, but the signal was very weak, so I didn’t really use it, and no one responded to my request to set up the Wi-Fi for a better signal. I've seen people in the lobby bar on other days who didn't have problems accessing the internet, so I'll admit that I was just unlucky. On the territory there are several shops, leather goods, silverware and watches. There is also a water entertainment center on the pier, the choice is quite wide. The hotel employs several professional photographers, but you may have read about this earlier.

Meals and drinks. Quite varied. There was not much meat, but it even pleased me. I remember only one dinner when there was nothing but soy meatballs. And so, chicken every day, twice there was tuna, turkey, once lamb on the bone. Large selection of vegetables, salads, flour products, side dishes and baked vegetables. From berries and fruits: watermelons, melons and apples. Drinks: coffee from vending machines, brewed coffee and tea, UPI juices, water, milk in the morning for breakfast cereals. In bars, Pepsi, Fanta, Sprite. From alcohol: beer, gin, whiskey, vodka, crayfish, dry white and red wine. Drinks in my opinion of low quality, I tried a little everything except gin. Red dry more or less. We had our own alcohol with duty free, and also bought in a market with fixed prices opposite the hotel, sometimes wine and beer in the hotel bar.
Tours. Extremely dissatisfied with my tour operator Turtess. He did not have two excursions, which I really wanted to get on. Although later, near Ephesus, I saw Turtesse buses. I am still wondering from which regions they carry tourists if there are no excursions from Kemer and Antalya. I was interested in Ephesus + Pamukkale with an overnight stay, and Israel with an overnight stay too. I took these two excursions from Pegasus, I was completely satisfied, with the exception of the Turkish guide on the first excursion, he knows very little about these places, and told us everything from a book. The buses are excellent, accommodation in 5-star hotels with good food, in Pamukkale we spent the night at the Lycus River Hotel, and during a trip to Israel, we spent the night in Palestine at the Intercontinental Hotel. We also took two excursions at the street agency Ginza Travel: a yacht and a jeep safari. I can’t say that I didn’t like it, but when some tourists were returning from the yacht, they rode standing up, the Turks pretended to their remarks that they did not understand what they wanted from them. On the jeep safari, from the hotel and back we were driven by an old minibus without air conditioning and again with a driver who does not understand Russian and English. In general, the little things and only we tourists can choose to pay half as much for relative discomfort, or more, but with better travel conditions.
Briefly summarizing, I will say that the hotel is not bad, but the number of rooms needs to be brought to mind, I am satisfied with the staff, everyone speaks Russian quite tolerably, sympathetic and friendly people. Thanks for the rest!
