Firstly, this is accommodation, we were settled right after dinner, and they gave us room 4187, at the very end of the hotel, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the "dining room", and, as already mentioned, we cannot do without a navigator or a map. When asked to move, they said to come in three days. And after three days we were already too lazy to move, all things were laid out.
Secondly, it is simply impossible to sign up for an Italian restaurant, the appointment is made from 9 to 16 hours, but throughout the rest, no matter what time we came, there were no more places. And finding someone at the guest relations counter is also very problematic. When the next day, we came at 8.50, and the girl who made the recording came at 9.15, there were again no places, in a strange way. If you believe her, then you need to get up at 7 in the morning, sit at the counter until 9, and only in this way you can get to the restaurant. Although in the evenings through the window one could observe a half-empty room.

Otherwise, I liked the hotel very much, the food is wonderful, I especially liked the pancakes for breakfast. My husband categorically does not eat chicken and fish, but at the same time he always found something to eat.
True, the juices let us down - the frank concentrate is not of the best quality, and the fruits are unripe (after consumption, characteristic consequences may occur, so keep this in mind when forming a first-aid kit), but the last days of rest were already normal. The cooks carved all sorts of roses from watermelons. There were no problems with alcohol. If there was a queue at the main bar, we went to the pool bar. There was almost never a queue. Animation is not bad. All photos are true.

1) Safe - works! But in some clumsy way. The instructions say in Russian: close the door, dial the code - voila, the safe will close. Nifiga. After half an hour of studying the design by typing, we found out: after entering the code, you need to press the "lattice", then it closes to open the safe, just enter the code. At least that was the case in our room. Just experiment first with an empty safe.
2) After reading in the description of the hotel about the clothing requirements in the main restaurant, we collected a suitcase of trousers, shirts, evening dresses. As a result, this suitcase was never opened, I don’t know how it was before, but now people eat there even in swimsuits and swimming trunks. So don't bother with your wardrobe.
