To begin with, my husband and I are currently staying at this hotel (rest time from 30.04. 2011-11.05. 2011). The hotel area is small. the first 5 days of rest there was no animation and entertainment at all. people entertain themselves in the lobby near the bar. First, the food - as someone already wrote - does not smell like meat here, and if it appears (chicken or turkey), you can stand in line for a long time. Instruments are not enough. You can come half an hour after the start of lunch and run after the attendants in search of at least a fork and a mug. if some dishes are prepared in front of you, it is done slowly, as if the line of lined up hungry customers does not exist. Maybe everyone just came to look at the skill of the cook, and not to eat. Okay, we didn't go hungry. Secondly, this is of course a bar with the declared drinks of "foreign" production. Drinks only local - whiskey, vodka, beer, wine. There is also Yuppie type juice - just add water. I’m already silent that sometimes there are no glasses in the bar either. I am a picky person, and as some did not swear that they poured it into the wrong glass, just pour it even into a cup for tea! Regarding the staff itself - no rudeness. everyone is friendly and smiling. As I understand it, almost all Turks are like that. True, the problem with non-running water in the bathroom was solved only from the third reminder. The rooms are cleaned every day, the mini bar is also replenished daily. In general, if you do not know that the hotel is declared as 5 ultra, you can not be upset. As the locals and those who used to work here say, everything has changed after the new owner, who saves on everything. The maximum can be assigned to the hotel 4 stars, and then only for the appearance of the hotel, the interior inside and in the rooms. Even in Feodosia, Ukraine, in a 3-star hotel there was a toilet on the beach and small foot showers. here, of course, even the construction of a bar on the beach continues to this day. We went to the neighboring hotel, too, 5 ultra Prestige (which is across the road), everything is much higher in level. Food, drinks, territory. Maybe someone will decide that all this is predirki, but sorry for the money that we pay for 5 UAL, we want to at least receive juice from the packages for free. And so decide for yourself. Why pay so much for such an unobtrusive service)))
