The promised compliment from the hotel on the day of arrival was not received, although the representative of Coral Travel made a request. The room was provided dirty, the mattress was crushed, etc. 08/29/2018..... They didn’t do anything, they didn’t change... , as in that film about Frosb Burlakova "Come tomorrow..... ". It's clear: the season, there are a lot of people....but please, do your job well! The youth turned to the representative of Coral Travel, but as it turned out, he does not solve the questions of tourists...., apparently he is not competent, he does not have respect in the hotel, he cannot solve elementary questions from here - call the numbers....It is very unpleasant that having given a gift to our children, we ruined their honeymoon trip. It's a pity that we chose this hotel.
