We stayed at this hotel in August 2026, choosing based on our budget and a travel agent's recommendation. We arrived at the hotel around 4 am, knowing it was high season and we'd have to wait for a room. We were greeted by a very pleasant guy at reception, who made reservations for us, and we headed to the seaside, even though the hotel isn't on the beachfront. Everything was fine at first: we had breakfast, then lunch, and even managed to visit the hotel spa (hammam), which we really enjoyed. But around 2 pm, we started asking about our room. A woman named Mira was already at reception, and that's when it all started – she was rude to all the guests, raising her voice, snorting, and freaking out. There were already quite a lot of people there by that time. I'm shocked! We've been flying to Turkey for years, but I'm shocked to hear anyone being rude!! ! And the guests were very tactful, asking if their rooms were ready. The food! It's a struggle for survival! Eternal lines! Not enough tables! Not enough food! There were times when something ran out and they simply didn't bring it! The first few days there wasn't even a watermelon! In August!! ! A couple of days later we saw one! Or rather, snatched one! )))
The beach! It's literally a 5-minute walk across the road, BUT we didn't know that this road runs between hotels where they have a garbage dump!! ! And the road to the sea passed through stinking puddles! ! We practically ran on tiptoes and held our noses! Naturally, there aren't many sun loungers on the beach, but it's the tourists themselves – as usual, towels lie around all day and no one is there. As for beach towels – they didn't give us any until we got a room, and they generally give them for a 5 dollar deposit, supposedly to prevent damage or theft. We brought our own because the hotel towels were literally like rags, and we heard later that not everyone got their money back. ))
The bar! We didn't drink much; the tables were sticky, covered in everything people drank. We constantly had to ask for them to wipe them down, but we mostly wiped them ourselves with wet wipes. The wine was ordinary local – we didn't drink it, but people said the beer was okay. Water! The water was in the refrigerator, LOCKED!! ! Every time we had to ask for the fridge to be opened. There was a water dispenser, so we just filled our own bottles.

But the worst part was when guests from Italy arrived at the hotel. They cleared out a whole row of sun loungers by the sea, and other guests' belongings were simply put on the floor (sand/pebbles), even those of those who were just swimming in the sea. They had separate tables for lunch, but that was a minor detail, and all the meat was on their table! There was NO meat at all for the other guests!! !
So, we'll definitely never set foot there again! We weren't expecting much from this hotel, but we've never seen anything like this in any department! And we've been to many!
