We rested from 0252021 to 0952021. We did not choose this hotel - the tour operator Tui Ukraine offered or rather put it before the fact (a week before departure). I do not recommend this tour operator to anyone. We booked and paid for the Euphoria Tekirova 5 * hotel back in February 2021, paid for 7 nights for 2 people 33 thousand UAH. Until the end of April, we did not know that our hotel was not opening, and then 5 days before departure we were informed that our paid hotel had not opened, so choose between two Fan Sans (one is worse than the other), they said that these are hotels of the same level as Euphoria Tekirova 5*. But the FUN&SUN FAMILY Club Saphire 5 * hotel is not that of the same level, it does not pull even 4 *. That is, the price-quality does not correspond at all and was not compensated in any way.

Initially, we were placed in a room whose windows overlook the wall and utility rooms of a neighboring hotel. After complaining multiple times, we were moved to a more acceptable room. The worst thing about the hotel is the work of the restaurant.

The food is all insipid, tasteless, monotonous, as in the cheapest canteen. The issuance of portions - you stand with a plate - no attention from the staff, as if asking for alms, drinks - draft wine from barrels is diluted and beer is the same, which is poured in only one place. No one even heard of bottled wine, which the waiters should pour. At first there was no children's menu, then something appeared. Ice cream is some kind of chemical toffee. On the beach there are sun loungers-nets (the nets are stretched and the old ones are all stained), beach towels of a dirty beige color do not even cover half of the lounger.

Never again will I go to this hotel and will not contact this tour operator Tui Ukraine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
