Rested with a guy at the Twins Hotel from September 26 to October 5. Arrived in Turkey late in the evening, around 23:00, got to the hotel by transfer at 1:00. At the reception, we were asked to fill out a simple form, such a questionnaire, they made copies of our documents, then they immediately gave us the keys to the room and wristbands from the hotel. We asked to connect us to wi-fi, they told us that they would connect us in the morning, because first we need to be added to the database. When we entered the room, we saw two separate beds in us, immediately asked for a room with one large one, we were told that they would change the room in the morning. In the morning after meeting with the guide, we went to the reception and they changed the room without any extra charge and without any problems.
The room itself is small but clean, bed and mattress were spotless. The furniture is relatively new, there were no complaints right up to the room, but there was something to complain about in the bathroom. Everything was not very new, but everything was clean! Hot water during 7:00-19:00 approx. Since the water there is heated by the sun, the sun sets and the water until people use it completely. There were days when we bathed at 22:00 and there was still hot water, and there were days that it was 19:00 and it was gone. There are towels in the room (the whole set), as well as shampoo, soap, toilet paper. There is also a hair dryer, there was also a safe, but it was paid and we did not use this service. The balcony overlooked another hotel and a little on the mountains, since our room was a corner one, the last one on the floor, we saw both. In general, not bad, but annoying music from another hotel, which sometimes played around 00:00. Rooms are cleaned every day - they sweep and wash the floor and take out the trash, and the bed is replaced every 4 days. We constantly hung a do not disturb sign, so the room was cleaned only once, and so we cleaned it ourselves, but this is only our desire. Nothing was missing from the room, everything was in place.
Food - for breakfast there were scrambled eggs, pastries, a large selection of cheeses, olives, vegetables and sweets, breakfast cereals, milk. Tea, coffee, water were all at the restaurant. For lunch there is also plenty to choose from, there were pasta, rice, potatoes (baked, boiled, french fries), meat - mostly chicken (in various forms), various salads, vegetables, a lot of greens, meat / cheese cuts, sauces, several types pastries, fruits (apples, plums). For dinner, too, there was always plenty to choose from, you won’t stay hungry, that’s for sure. In addition, from 16:00-17:00 it was coffee time, they gave pastries and coffee. The bar, which is open 10:00-22:00, had a large selection of drinks: cocktails, vodka, gin, whiskey, wine, beer, pepsi, fanta, sprite. Although for 3 * all inclusive hotels this is a rarity!

The service staff are very friendly people. Everyone smiles, greets, ask how are you, the atmosphere is very warm and pleasant.
The hotel area is not large, the pool is not large, but it's even +, because it is very calm and comfortable. On the territory of the hotel there are sunbeds with mattresses, but on the beach without. Walk 5-7 minutes to the beach from the hotel. On the side of the market and a large selection of various souvenirs, clothes and shoes. Also on site you can buy fresh fresh pomegranates, oranges and grapefruits, which cost $ 1, ice cream 2 balls is also $ 1, hookah - $ 7. The hotel has a lot of greenery, flowers, palm trees and a variety of trees on which fruits grew. Wi-Fi seems to pull throughout the entire territory, if not at rush hour and when it is not overloaded, but it pulls well only at the reception and at the same time the quality of communication was weak.
There is also an animator and every evening there are some events, competitions. During the day you can play volleyball or water polo, ride a surfboard around the pool (it's cool), play table tennis or billiards. There is also a hammock where you can have a good rest from the sun.
The hotel does not provide beach towels. So be prepared to buy them or take them with you.
The hotel is 3 *, but believe me, in some cases it pulls on 4, in some it corresponds to its 3 *, or even 3 * +.
We met with the owner of the hotel, Kenan. A very friendly person, and his wife is Ukrainian, we were even more pleased, "our own people. "
I must say that they are great and are trying for people. Since they have only been owners for the last 3 years, they are pulling the hotel a little bit from the "swamp" in which the previous owner left it, in fact, that's why you can read such bad reviews left more than 3 years ago. They are trying to gradually replace, improve and restore everything.

In general, if you replace the entire bathroom in the room, add a little more sunbeds on the beach, add mattresses for sunbeds and beach towels, add a larger selection of fruits and at least fish before meals, then the hotel could be called 4 * +. We enjoyed staying here and would love to come back. Thanks for the friendliness and for the company to everyone we met there. It was cool.
