The hotel was chosen by chance (found on the map). For some reason, it was not offered to me in any agency. The previous reviews are very incomprehensible to me, tk. I didn't have any negative feelings at the hotel. Now in order. Traveled alone with two children (7 and 5 years old). Settled initially in a good number (304) of the standard type in the main building (without any gratitude and presents). Clean, compact, in the toilet room there is a bath, accessories (soap, shampoo, conditioner), two towels for each + foot towel, hairdryer, glasses. There is a balcony on which the fences from the street are glazed (which is very safe with small children), a dryer for wet clothes is attached to the wall, a table and chairs for relaxing. There is also a portable dryer in the room, which I also took out to the balcony. In the room: TV (no Russian channels), refrigerator with mini-bar, kettle, sugar, instant coffee, tea, crockery, a huge spacious wardrobe. Cleaned every day, linen was changed 4 times in 2 weeks.
Territory. I usually rested in hotels with a fairly large (50.000-90.000 sq. m. ) territory. But it turned out that 20.000 sq. m. - it is very convenient when everything is practically at hand, but at the same time no one is sitting on your neck. Comfort and space at the same time. There are enough sun loungers on the beach (it makes no sense to run around and never dawn to occupy them). There is a large green lawn with pines and palm trees, where you can also sunbathe.
Nutrition. The food is varied and the dishes change. Only for breakfast, the set of dishes is the same, but you can simply alternate (pancakes, cereal with milk, milk porridge, fried eggs, boiled for 3 and 5 minutes, scrambled eggs, vegetables). There are no problems with feeding children at all, because. you can find an alternative to any dish (meat is spicy and not, stewed, grilled, in sauce). Staying hungry is definitely not realistic. I didn’t take my kids to the restaurant at lunchtime. I took them food in the mini-club. There, at 12-00, they brought exactly the children's menu (rice, french fries, pasta, fried fish, meat, meatballs). So there are no problems with baby food either. Actually there is food all day long. Breakfast is over, second breakfast has begun, after 2 hours snack bars (french fries, hamburgers, pizza, pies, etc. ) open near the pool and on the beach. Parallel lunch. Lunch is over - the snack bar continues to work, from 13-00 to 16-30 they bake cakes with cheese or sugar. expanse for those who love to eat.

On the beach there is a point with water activities.
Swimming pools: main, lateral with a jacuzzi near the rooms, paddling pool, children's pool, with water slides. Near the pool with water slides, when the slides are on, there is always an observer who regulates the safety of rolling down the slides. The water in the pool is clean. Water samples are taken daily and cleaned and disinfected. I want to note that for me personally, the pool at the resort is a taboo (as a place where infections accumulate). But in this hotel, I was calm for the children and I also swam in each of the suitable pools.
Entertainment. There is a hammam, a spa center. Animation from 10-00 (they speak all languages ​ ​ except Russian). For children - mini-club, trampoline for 8 people (free of charge), pony (free of charge), mini-golf, big chess, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court.
Bottom line: the hotel exceeded expectations, impressed with its cleanliness and the attitude of the staff. No one speaks Russian, but you can speak English fluently. If you have a problem with languages, then the hotel guide will help you resolve all issues. We had the host party MTS, guide Tatyana. Always in touch, issues were resolved in one moment. My children are delighted. There are no questions about nutrition (if you do not often take into account the queues for certain dishes))). But I never stood in lines, you could always take something to eat at an alternative (where there is no queue). By the way, queues at the restaurant are an indicator of a decent hotel that is in demand among vacationers.
Also, take note, do not take dollars, but euros. The prices there are indicated in euros, and it is profitable to buy either in euros or in lira. In any case, any currency can be changed at the reception at the same rate as in the city. If you do not plan to change a lot of money, then take small banknotes, because if you want to change a large banknote partially, then they do not give change in foreign currency.

P. S. families with babies - cots are provided in the rooms and there is a shop on the territory where you can rent a stroller (even for twins) for rent.
