Отдых был безупречным!!! The holiday was perfect!!!

My husband and I moved to this hotel from a 5* hotel. Yes, the service immediately made itself felt, or rather its absence at the reception, but this is only the first impression.
When we got to our room, we were very surprised. Clean, beautiful, spacious! We were given a family room (2 adults + 1 child), although we had a reservation for the usual standard for two.
Kitchen. Yes, the food every day is a bit monotonous, but it is so tasty that I had to run for the supplement!
And the desserts. . . they were just incredible! (In the previous 5 * hotel, we were fed not so tasty).
Animation is a separate huge plus! Both girls and boys are super fun and active.
Even the guests of the hotel are simple, funny people, without extra sidelong glances, they had fun with us and the animators.
Room cleaning was daily. Changed towels, added shampoos, replenished mini bar (it only had water).

Bar. Delicious cocktails, which is not typical for Turkey! The bartenders are pleasant, with a smile on their face and a bunch of jokes on their tongue.
The staff were all smiling, except for the receptionist.
If you don't know Turkish, don't worry. Everyone speaks excellent English and some even Russian.
We were extremely pleased! Have an active and fun holiday!
We hope to return there many times!
