Many Poles, Germans, Italians, Russians and Ukrainians were probably about the same. The hotel guide was once, then you could contact Viber. Free Wi-Fi only at the reception! At check-in, they offer to buy access for 1 euro per day for one device, which we did not take. The distance between the two hotels is approximately 20-30 m, turning 90 degrees you can see the sea between the two hotel buildings. Our apartment number is 411. For lunch, and even for dinner, some ladies came in swimming trunks, throwing on transparent capes, for which it is not clear. If only they would come to their house for dinner in family shorts, I think they don’t have culture or their parents forgot to give them. It is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel to allow such gaps. About 9 years ago, the Carinthia Hotel was resting in Side, so there not only adults, teenagers in shorts were not allowed to have lunch, this is culture, and it’s nice to eat. During the football championship, the viewing of matches was organized in a large hall (apparently for seminars) with large screens. The waiters approached each table, took the order and also quickly served, next to this hall, another bar was additionally opened. Well done, great. The wait staff is not intrusive, they always say hello, smile. A group of animators entertained people around the pool, but not so much on the beach. We did not go to the club for shows and various concerts. At the end of the tour, we got our $30 back for the safe, after registering at the airport, a representative of the company, Natasha, accompanied us to customs control (thanks to her, she helped us a lot during registration) and wished us to fly to them next year. This is the company's service, we have never seen anything like it, although we have been flying to Turkey since 1999. The city of Kusadasi itself and the people living in it are very friendly. Always prompt, explain. This is how we rested, not counting the lost one day and the room without a sea view, everything else was very pleasant. The sea is close, but you have to overcome the steps (the height difference between the hotel and the sea is 20 meters, no more). The pool is not very large (but it is not alone), I was struck by the depth, a maximum of 3.25 - not enough for a hotel.
Most of the service is very friendly, but this is a consequence of the small presence of Russians
In conclusion, who just wants to lie under the sun - this is a great place. For those who like a more active holiday, you have the option of taking excursions and appearing at the hotel occasionally : )

I decided to write this review because I constantly use other people's reviews and never wrote my own. Like everyone, I completely lose interest in the topic upon arrival home. This year, once again opening this site to choose a new country and a new hotel, I decided to share my impressions of the rest. Pros: -for the first time in many years I settled in the first room offered to me (when I check in, I am a terribly meticulous and fastidious beast, probably because of flights) - really beautiful territory -decent food, daily European (with a French twist), Italian, and Turkish cuisine.

I decided to write this review because I constantly use other people's reviews and never wrote my own. Like everyone, I completely lose interest in the topic upon arrival home. This year, once again opening this site to choose a new country and a new hotel, I decided to share my impressions of the rest.
Pros:
-for the first time in many years I settled in the first room offered to me (when I check in, I am a terribly meticulous and fastidious beast, probably because of flights)
- really beautiful territory
-decent food, daily European (with a French twist), Italian, and Turkish cuisine. Everything is very decently executed, there is nothing to complain about, I will note the work of the waiters in the hall on the terrace of the restaurants (a fallen napkin, an appliance, an empty glass of wine - everything was noticed and corrected in time). I also recommend visiting a pizzeria not far from the main restaurant, pizza was very good. Comparable to family restaurants in the homeland of this dish.
-the choice of foreign alcohol is not as great as in the Irish pubs and Czech pubs we are used to, but I personally came across two smart bartenders who could harmoniously combine what was on the bar to get the classic taste of eternal gin tonic and whiskey soda, etc.
In general, it would be with whom and why and what will be found.
-the rooms are quite spacious and fully correspond to what you expect from 5 wherever you go, the same about the service, everything is as it should be.
- pool and beach excellent, clean bungalows good service

The hotel is super. The area of the hotel, although not very large, but very beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean, (we were given a 2-room suite with a balcony, of course, for a fee, with my husband and a small child). The restaurant has very high quality and varied food, a lot of fruits and pastries, always reserved table, white or red wine is required, good service, live music. The bars have a good selection of drinks, but in my opinion everything is Turkish. Very nice beach, warm clear sea. The level of animation is very weak, we didn’t need it at all, we rested with the company and it was fun without them. Our whole company liked this hotel very much, I would even gladly go there again. And if someone is going to have a rest there, go and do not hesitate to rest in Fantasia you will like it.
