I read the previous reviews and thought about whether this is the hotel in which we rested. Everything is so fabulously described. Judging by the photos, the hotel is the same. Therefore, I will write about our impression. It's not the first time I'm vacationing in Turkey. This time we rested together with my husband, who until this year preferred only the Caribbean coast. Therefore, this is his first visit to Turkey. We chose a hotel for a long time and in the end, like most vacationers, we bought into the beautiful views of the hotel from photographs. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00. Settlement at 14.00, but we knew about it in advance, so we were calm. We were given bracelets and we could use all the services. Problems began when at 14 o'clock they could not resettle us. We booked a junior club, but there were no rooms. We were offered the main building, arguing that the rooms there are more expensive and better for a couple, but they decided to accommodate guests with children in a junior, so there was no place for us there. But there were no rooms in the main building either, so we waited for more than an hour to be cleaned in the vacant room. The room was given with a sea view only thanks to the efforts of the hotel guide Mergul. But what's the point of a sea view if there's no balcony? Balconies only in junior club. The room is average, does not pull on 5 *. Central air conditioning, but in fact none. It just doesn't exist. They languished from stuffiness, especially during the day. It was good only at 3-4 in the morning. It feels like the supply and exhaust ventilation was working and nothing more. So do not count on the coolness in the room. The floor covering is old, the furniture is mechanically damaged. But we did not immediately pay attention to this, because we assumed that we would spend time not in the room, but on the territory of the hotel and on the beach. Although the territory of the hotel is well-groomed and clean, but it is not big, there was absolutely nowhere to walk. There is no animation at all. For 15 days of our stay, there were 2 Turkish nights, which were limited only to dinner with Turkish dishes. There were no dance shows promised to us, no entertainment programs at all. Now about the beach. To take a sunbed, we had to get up at 7 in the morning, go to the beach to put towels on the sunbed, and then go to breakfast. Otherwise, you have no chance to sunbathe on the seashore. The hotel is huge, and there is very, very little space on the pontoon. At the same time, please note that we were in mid-September, when the hotel is not crowded. The same situation with the pool. The sewers were drained into the sea several times, so it was impossible to swim because of the foam, dirt and stench, which greatly spoiled the mood. Now on to nutrition. You really don’t wake up hungry throughout the day, because you can have a snack at any time. The food in the main restaurant is monotonous, without imagination and frills. Lots of olives and black olives in various varieties. Vegetables were, but not in abundance. There have always been watermelon, melon, grapes, apples, plums, peaches periodically. Beautiful and tasty desserts. Great tortillas at the beach bar. Alcohol, with the exception of beer, none. Therefore, we bought everything in duty free in advance. But a la carte restaurant is something. For the first time I saw that for dinner in the a la carte restaurant they served the same dishes as in the main restaurant. We left for dinner at the main restaurant immediately after the main course was served, because otherwise we would have remained hungry. As they say, it never came to dessert. In short, having the opportunity to go to a la carte restaurant several times, after the first visit, they abandoned this idea. In the lobby bar you can drink Turkish coffee, but for some reason it is very reluctant to brew it. In general, the staff is polite, but nothing more. No one will work hard for you. By the way, none of the staff knows Russian, so it will be difficult without knowledge of English. We went on all the excursions that were offered. I really liked Ephesus and the house of the Virgin Mary. Everything makes a very strong impression. We went to Pamu Kale. It is a long way to get from Antalya, but here it is very convenient, just a couple of hours. There was only one minus, very little time was given to spend on the terraces of Pamo-Kale and in the Cleopatra pool. There was no excursion on the yacht, that is, there was no excursion at all. We just sailed along the coast, made two stops in the bays for swimming and dined on pasta with something. All this was periodically accompanied by music. That's the whole tour. I liked the town of Kusadasi itself. Cozy place. The meeting party was the company TTA-travel. No complaints. Everything is well organized. Thanks to the hotel guide Mergul for the help she tried to give us during the resettlement. Because at that moment my nerves began to fail. In short, the impression of the hotel is very mixed. When there is something to compare with, and you have seen something else, then you will never give 5 * to this hotel. This is the opinion of almost everyone we met there. Everything was brightened up by the beauty of nature and the coast of the Aegean Sea, fabulous sunrises and sunsets. The beauty of nature is 5 with a huge plus. Maybe I’ll go to Kusadasi, I liked it, but it’s unlikely to go to this hotel. If someone has questions, then write, I will be happy to answer. Have a good rest everyone.
