Just returned from a week long stay at this hotel. In general, everything was great for us, who went abroad for the first time to rest - there is nothing to compare with yet. But let me go over a few key points:
1. Russian-speaking staff at the hotel are only representatives of the tourfira (Tez Tour in our case). Therefore, at least basic knowledge of English is desirable.
1a. At the same time, Russian-speaking guests are at least half of the hotel. There were even more Belarusians than Russians.
2. Food - excellent. The choice of dishes is very large. We took, basically, our usual dishes - rice, potatoes, fish, meat, fruits. But there is also a lot of Turkish goodies for those who are accustomed to their cuisine. We didn't take risks.

2a. It was very unusual at first with the system "ultra all inclusive". Everything is really included - 24 hours a day drinks / snacks, mini-bar, entertainment, towels, sun loungers, excursion trips (but not the excursions themselves, of course), etc. There are some paid services in the form of a Turkish bath, massage and something else. In general, life is very comfortable and carefree.
3. Entertainment - live music every evening (first in the lobby, later - near the pull bar), games and competitions for children and adults every day, almost every evening a program in the amphitheater (Turkish night, comedy night, disco, etc. . ), on the ground floor - fitness equipment, billiards, indoor pool, sauna. Haven't been able to try everything.
4. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They try to learn Russian words, memorize names - it was very pleasant to hear already on the third day, "Oh, my friend Rafael, camp play and game with us. "
5. Towels are free, as I said. There are enough sun loungers at any time both by the pools (there are two of them open - with fresh and sea water), and by the sea. A collective farm with a clogging of places from 6 o'clock in the morning was not observed.
6. On the second day, representatives of the travel agency conduct briefings for those who have not yet understood everything, and introduce them to the list of excursions. This is where the little disappointments begin.
7. A trip to the hammam - a Turkish bath near Ephesus. Scheduled as a super-event. In practice, it turned out to be complete crap. The only thing I liked there was delicious tea and fragrant oil after the massage. The rest is complete unsanitary conditions (they don’t disinfect tools for treating heels, they don’t change sheets between visitors; with me, four in a row were massaged on one sheet, I was the fifth). They have no idea about the massage technique (I speak as a certified massage therapist). Maximum diligence with a minimum of technology and the absence of basic concepts about the principles of massage. As a result, my wife’s arm hurt for two days, my calf muscle still aches, and one girl from our group sobbed for half an hour right in the foyer of this bathhouse - they treated her so clumsily and painfully. I will never go there again and would not recommend to anyone.

8. Advertising "the house where Mary lived" in Ephesus - like he grants wishes. I'd rather not comment, so as not to offend the feelings of believers. We didn't go, of course.
9. Zoo. 2 hours of independent walking. It was not enough for many, but it seemed to us that just - everyone went around, for a long time they did not get stuck anywhere in melancholic contemplation. We saw all the animals and photographed many of them. In general, everything is fine.
10. Marine Park on the territory of the water park "Adaland". Didn't live up to expectations. It took more than an hour just to get into it (despite the fact that there was no queue - it was we who were thwarted for so long). As a result, we got three small pools - with one type of fish, without fish at all and with stingrays. Plus diving in a cage with small (about a meter) sharks, which did not even try to eat us. Boredom. We wanted to swim there with dolphins - it turned out that we had to pay extra 90 euros. After 270 euros for the entrance it seemed like a mockery. Refused.
11. The marine park was sold ONLY in a set with a water park or a dolphin show. We chose the show. Disappointed - in Minsk longer, more interesting and cheaper. Better go to the water park - lots of slides, raves under the fountains and a lot of drive instead of the melancholy of the marine park and the average level of the dolphin show.
13. We did not have time for other excursions such as a flight to Israel, a trip to Pamukkale and others, and we didn’t really want to.
14. Many people bought Turkish things. We didn't start out of principle. Prices are almost the same here if you haggle. If you do not bargain - higher. And we didn’t see the point of dragging something over 2000 km for the sake of $ 5 savings from a hundred. And that's not why we went there.

15. I almost forgot. Although there is nothing to compare with, but I would not give the hotel 5 * because of the condition of the rooms. Or maybe we just got unlucky. But the shower column was broken, the air conditioner did not work in the mode of moving shutters. Blowing at the ceiling only. The beds are hard - it was not very comfortable to sleep after the orthopedic mattress. The staff is very responsive, but they can not solve these problems.
In general, my conclusion is this: the hotel is suitable for those who are not particularly picky about details. Minor nuances can be ignored so as not to spoil your mood. If you can focus on the positive (of which there are many more than the negative), then you will have a great trip experience. Good luck!
