Hello ! I am writing a review about my favorite hotel before and I can't hold back my tears! I was a regular customer of this hotel for 9 years, I tried to spend every vacation here - in this little paradise. Time flies, things change, and not for the better. It turned out that when buying a tour, the company did not provide me with a transfer, but I did not despair and contacted the hotels about this problem. I was assured that everything would be done for me and I should not worry - they booked a transfer for me both ways. But what a horror it was when the owner Fuat personally removed my transfer in a day and said that these are my problems and I should get there as I want, he doesn’t care!! ! It's good that I have many friends and they helped me solve all the problems !! ! I arrived safely at the hotel and was also comfortably sent home at the end of my vacation.
And now about the hotel itself and the situation in it. The owner Fuat is a vile and deceitful Turk!! ! Who loves only himself and money !! ! It spoils the life of not only tourists, but also all the hotel staff !!! ! Everyone there hates him! He deceives tourists, he fired the musician Vakhtang, who is adored and loved by many people, coming to the hotel just for him !! ! He forbade Vakhtang to come to the hotel, he was constantly monitored by cameras ! ! This is disgusting and disgusting!! ! He constantly, compressed "the brains of the director, forcing him to report every hour how much tourists drink, how much they eat, how they walk and what they do. Many tourists called the hotel before arriving and asked if Vakhtang was playing? They were answered that, , , YES! " But upon arrival, the picture was completely different !! ! The hotel is boring, poor food and no entertainment!!!
