Грязь Dirt

We rested at the Faustina Hotel from July 10 to July 16.2018. We have never had a worse holiday in Turkey. They settled in the room immediately, at 9 am, I didn’t have to wait, but they refused breakfast, explaining that everything is activated from 12 o’clock, then they will provide bracelets.
The room has centralized air conditioning, at night there is a strong smell of sewerage, in the morning baking, in the afternoon as you are lucky.
Refrigerator not working very well, drinks are not cooled.
The food is very poor, the choice is very limited, the food area is small, only watermelon is a fruit.
Dishes were washed poorly, especially glasses for drinks.
The beach and the lounge area are very dirty, cigarette butts, papers, plastic, cigarette packs, very reminiscent of our coast in the 2000s. In fact, from time to time they themselves collected garbage around the sun lounger in order to somehow feel comfortable.

There are not enough sun loungers for everyone, it is a practice to run to the beach at six in the morning, take a seat, whoever did not have time is late.
There are many locals among the guests, they behave disgustingly, the hotel was originally intended for them, and the rest, i. e. we are leftovers.
There are no Russian-speakers at the reception, if a problem arises, they will mumble rather aggressively in English, ignoring your attempts to explain.
Well, the finale of the holiday is amazing, on the day of departure, our transfer was scheduled for 19:00, at 12, we vacated the room and cut off bracelets from us, no dinner, no bar, you can only the beach, connected our guide to this issue, by phone, the result of the conversation - pay extra 80 lira and you can have lunch.
We have rested in Turkey more than once, there are very hospitable people and this is a common practice - you are a guest from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure, everything is at your disposal.
The hotel does not correspond to the declared 4 stars, even a three, judging by the proposed service, is very difficult to put.
But I must admit, the sea, the sun, the air were excellent.
