We rested in Emre beach in early September. We chose a ticket between Emre beach 5 * and Emre 4 *, we decided to pay extra for 5 and not run across the road. We arrived at the hotel at 8 am, but they said check-in was only at 2 pm, they gave bracelets and we went for breakfast. At 14.00, the blonde at the reception said that there were no rooms at 5 and you would be accommodated in 4 rooms there are better, newer, etc. After we found out the reason for not checking in, this impudent PERSON eventually stated that you were young and could run across the road . As it turned out later, such as we were the floor of the hotel! people paid 5, but they put everyone in 4! It came to a scandal and a fight, after which the manager arrived and undertook to resettle everyone. They moved as the rooms were vacated on the 3rd day, and all this time they lied that there were no rooms, that there were no rooms with balconies, etc. and Wi-Fi was connected only after checking into the room (that is, they had not settled yet, they contacted the tour operator via roaming) . In short, 2 days of wasted precious vacation and a lot of nerves!! ! And now about the hotel in general. In addition to the problems with the settlement, I liked the hotel. The staff in the kitchen works very well and many people speak Russian / English, generally friendly. The food was good (special thanks to the chefs). at lunch and in the evening there was a grill menu, they gave meat and different fish. There were always fruits, after 11.00 they gave ice cream and burgers. Although they go to the hotel from 4k, they always found sunbeds on the beach, BUT ! ! the beach at the hotel is not cleaned well, there are a lot of cigarette butts, napkins and other garbage in the sand (not nice). Every day there was either animation or live music and there was a transfer to the bar street. And the hotel has a good hammam (but were in 4 *), the guys did everything super! !
