Holidays in Turkey were planned, rather, for my daughter. I went with her alone, she is an active girl, she loves all kinds of events, people, activities. And it seemed to me that it was Turkey that would suit her best - with territories, all inclusive and animations. In general, I did not lose. But first things first.
Why Marmaris? I prefer not to travel in July-August, because it's high season, everything is expensive, there are a lot of people everywhere and it's very hot. Therefore, I decided not to go to traditional Antalya, but began to look at something to the north, on the Aegean Sea. Marmaris is very beautiful. Spectacular views! Landscapes, mountains, pines, well, very beautiful! It was hot, but - importantly - not humid. Very comfortable weather. In the evening it was generally kayfovo, it was pleasantly cool. The downside is that the sea is cooler here due to either cold springs or currents - the guide explained. Well, that is, it was 22-23 somewhere. Invigorated. But you can swim. Although, I would not refuse to add a couple of degrees to the sea of u200bu200bheat. When we went on an excursion and swam there in the Mediterranean Sea, that's where it was cool. Very warm sea, 26 degrees. We returned to our place - it's colder here. But maybe when it’s hot, you don’t want the sea to be warm, you want coolness... In general, the cool sea in Marmaris should be taken into account to whom it is important.
And another moment with the sea. Entrance to the sea along the ladder. Not very convenient with children. My madam can't swim, and she likes to build all sorts of sand castles on the coast. And you don't get set up. There is very little sand on which the sunbeds stand - apparently, they were brought in for the sake of appearance. There is no such thing that you go and drown in it. No. We swam down the stairs. I stood, my daughter - no. She swam with armlets. We found a sandy entrance and even a type of beach further along the path to Icmeler, but we went there only once - every time you don’t find yourself like that, and the locals come there. They stand and watch. Somehow it was not very pleasant to be there under their gaze.

Well, children are children. Give them a pool too! There are several in the hotel. My bathed in all! There are slides, they work according to the schedule. I don't like this business, just like swimming pools. Mine rode with pleasure on a hill in a children's club, even without water she calmly moved out. She was afraid to ride on other slides, although I bought her a special circle for the wide one.
In general, it was impossible to pull out of the water. We also loved the kids club. Children were accepted there from 10 to 12-30, and then from 14-30, it seems to be until 17. You bring, leave and go about your business. They were even taken to a restaurant to feed them for lunch, there was such a children's table with all sorts of "nasty things" that children love - sausages, pizza, etc. They really work with children, every day something new, then they draw, then they cut out, then they make cookies, then they ride on a banana (for money). Mine, having bathed enough, by the end of the trip, asked only for a kids club. Good luck - then I was able to swim enough. In the evenings, they were also entertained by animators, who arranged cool children's discos before evening shows. I don’t know, I have no experience, maybe there are hotels where everything is cooler, better, etc. organized, but I have seen this for children for the first time. So that not for show, but with the soul, the animators worked. The kids were given diplomas. They showed them the movements of the songs. Another evening was the performance of the musical "Cats", children 2 were rehearsing - the show was shown by the animators and the children of the hotel. On the first day, we also went to the rehearsal, but the second day was missed due to the tour and we were not taken to the final show for this reason. Too bad, that would be cool. All in those cat suits. .
Evening shows were interesting, different, but repeated every week. That is, who goes for a couple of weeks - will watch the second week, everything is the same. Do they come there for a week or something, why is it so...
There were no problems with food. We ate a lot and tasty. It's a pity, absolutely - there was never seafood. But there was almost every time the fish on the grill. Well, and a lot of other goodies. From the theme, there were Italian evenings and Turkish ones. There were always fruits, we leaned on watermelons and melons. From drinks I drink only wine. Both red and white - local - I quite liked. You go to the counter yourself for a drink, or you wait until an aunt passes by you with a cart and pours. Freshly squeezed juices - for money. Ice cream - for money, free only during lunch for an hour. In general, of course, a lot of everything that is offered Extra, that is, for a fee. In the evening you can buy a hookah, cotton candy for children or popcorn. Since mine loves all this (not a hookah, of course), I left a decent amount there, despite all the all-inclusives. Even children are invited to make sand paintings in the evening for $ 10. Oooh, we love it. Here, for 10, or even 20 dollars, every other evening minus)))

I booked a bungalow with a sea view. The view is chic. The sea is not as visible as the pine trees around. Green and shade. But very noisy! During the day, the cicadas yell (or what do they do? ). They just make a lot of noise. At night until 3-4 noisy disco on the beach. In general, no matter how much I disliked air conditioners, I had to sleep with the windows and balcony doors closed, under the air conditioner, otherwise it was impossible to fall asleep.
The room is quite good. The hotel is generally a solid 4-ka, but a bit old. The number - I will return to it - I liked it. Spacious. Although there was a feeling that there was still a bed in it before us, then they took it out, and forgot to put a table and chairs in the vacant place - they were somehow not enough in the room. The bathroom - and this is always important for me - worked well, the water pressure was good. They don't put any shampoos or other cosmetics on you - everything is in dispensers on the wall. Towels were enough and even a lot. The linen was changed, like, every day. And towels and bedding. I don’t know how a maid would work without a tip, I left them without any problems - 5 euros 3 times per trip (9 days) and they cleaned us perfectly.
Actually, the only thing I didn't like was the crowd. A lot of people. They all hang out at the hotel, there are so many of them, they are everywhere. They roar, they roar, they splash. I'm just not used to relaxing like that, maybe for someone this is the norm. But if you took a sunbed for yourself at 9 in the morning - on the beach or by the pool - then forget it. I don't understand this. Make sure everyone has enough. And then you come in the morning - there may not be people, but, damn it, all the sunbeds are already taken. It ran terribly. In the restaurant, too, did not come at 19 for dinner - that's it, forget about choosing a table. You'll get unconditioned what's left, and still dirty. You will wait until they remove it. Season . . But it costs more than in the low season. I do not understand.
We went on 2 excursions.
The first is a pirate ship. In general, I wanted a cruise around the Aegean Islands, but I realized that my daughter would be bored, so I had to give preference to a pirate ship. In general, it turned out both beautiful and fun for the kids. They were occupied there, they played and looked for treasure. Anyone with children - I recommend it.

The second trip is Dalyan. Cruise on the river, see the turtle, catch crabs, swim in the Mediterranean Sea with a sandy beach. Well, so, cool, but sucked out of your finger))) At the end of the tasting and an offer to buy all this at exorbitant prices. Fruity wine is delicious, but 25-30 dollars per bottle, sorry. In general, the standard delivery of tourists to the right stores and then everyone shares the loot. I don't participate in such things.
I appreciate the work of the tour operator TEZ tour as excellent. Everything is fast and clear, not only in Moscow, booking and receiving documents, but also upon arrival, they quickly seated everyone, drove them, the girl told something all the way - mostly horror stories, the main theme of which was “do not buy excursions on the street, there dangerous and of poor quality, but take it from us ”- the standard chatter of the tour operator. But, moreover, instead of being silent and giving people dear to rest (we had a flight at 4 in the morning, people did not sleep all night), she broadcasted all 2 hours of the transfer. Do you think out of pure enthusiasm? No, she said at the end that you should leave a tip for the driver and... for her. If anyone liked her story))) I really did not expect from such a worthy tour operator. Or is it normal in Turkey? ))) Hotel guide Alena is a very nice girl. She really sits at the hotel all day, seven days a week. Resolves problems, answers any questions about the hotel. Excursions are not imposed.
Still not to forget.
We went 2 times to the dolphinarium. I am familiar with dolphins, and more than once. But my baby is not. All that was available for her age (5 years) was the meet program. There is also just a visit - when you come and see what is happening there. But you don't participate. And there is swimming with dolphins. Our program included the following. You are sitting on a mat at the water's edge, next to the instructor. And a dolphin swims up to you and communication begins. You pet him, tickle him, he dances for you, sings, claps, kisses you, you feed him, etc. The child was completely delighted. And before returning home, we went again. It costs $55 per adult, $40 per child. Unfortunately, it is impossible for an adult to refuse and save money by paying only for a child. You can buy a photo later, but the quality of the shooting is disgusting. We didn't. The price is the same, that the guide, that on the spot. It's easier to buy, as it turned out, from the guide, she immediately writes down for a certain time. We first bought from Alena, then the second time we decided to go ourselves. We returned with nothing, as the day was full - we just walked around and bought a ticket in a toga already on the trail. Day. From our hotel to the dolphinarium, you need to go towards Marmaris along the beach for about 10 minutes.

We didn’t go to Marimaris itself. Yes, I read about the fountain show, and I myself like to take a walk, but we didn’t even get out with the child. Yes, and this show is purple for her, she would whine all the way.
Well, that seems to be all. What else.
There are not many Russians here. The hotel has a lot of rest of the British, Scots (they were shouted out before the show), Scandinavians, and there are a lot of Turks themselves. Russians were. I wouldn't say they prevailed. As we were told, the resort is European. This, apparently, means that Russians are not 99% here. I have no problems - I communicate in foreign languages. At first, my child had a complex, and then there was a big race of Russians and she found friends for herself. Ellina, from Ukraine, works in the children's club, you could safely leave your daughter. There were no Russians at the reception, but the guide Alena always sat nearby. So no problem.
Well, like everything. Finally - especially for those who love Turkish coffee. They make it here perfectly in the bar next to the reception. Do not forget to ask for Turkish delight, otherwise they themselves do not always give))))
Have a good holiday everyone!
