The excellent location of the hotel, its own spacious beach and a well-groomed spacious beautiful area, away from the noisy and stuffy Marmaris, is the main plus!!!!
We traveled to this region for the first time, and therefore we chose a hotel for a long time and painstakingly, I personally read a lot of reviews, including from the German-speaking population on the website www. holidaychek. de (knowing their meticulousness and picky about the service%)))) ), so there were no special surprises, as well as disappointments.
Well, firstly, my husband and I decided in principle not to pay extra for the room, just upon arrival (11-00) the guide told us that if there were rooms, they would immediately start settling in, but I had to go to the reception 3 times and find out if the room had appeared (you can see still waiting for a surcharge....) and closer to 14-00 still gave the keys. as a result, we got a room in a bungalow on the 1st floor (№861). The room is good, spacious enough for two - there was 1 double bed and another single bed, so actually a 3-bed room. The bathroom is normal, though there are problems with the hair dryer (it sparked when turned on), so I turned it off and used my brought one. the air conditioning worked fine in all positions, but did not leave at night. The TV is small, but it worked fine (plasma TVs in the main building), 1 Russian channel, several German, Turkish, British, etc. my husband watched football on a Turkish channel, he liked it. There is no dryer for towels on the balcony, and in the bathroom they dry for a long time, so we hung a rope on the railing, and other comrades simply dried their things on the railing, which was far from always clean.

The next disappointment is the refusal to issue an iron, they say for this there are laundry and ironing services in the same place. Ironing one thing from 2 to 10 euros is too much : (((((
(and at first we were fooled for two days that while the irons are busy or not available). Cleaning was carried out every day, or at will, for example, if we were relaxing in the room, and the cleaner came (yes, maids and men work there), then I only asked to change the towels. True, he often left us with not very washed ones... so that on this occasion there was not a very good impression. We were lucky with the weather, it was hot and warm sea, although sometimes there was a strong wind. the beach is normal for swimming and sunbathing, but for people with children it is dirty. You can borrow sunbeds from 8-00, the beach is open until 18-00.
We liked the food, for lunch and dinner there is a wide variety of dishes and desserts, but for breakfast it is more monotonous. My husband "took off" about watermelons and melons - they are very tasty there, there were also peaches, apples, pears, plums and grapes, and, traditionally, oranges and grapefruits.
The waiters are friendly, left a good impression of their work. Drinks are not very good, especially for those with children - there is no choice (chemical juices, cola, fanta, sprite, or tea, milk), bartenders are not trained to make cocktails, they interfere with anything, so if you order the same cocktail twice be sure the taste in each case will surprise you. . .
The animation is sometimes very good, sometimes just shameful. we did not participate in the daily animation by the pool, because we spent all the time on the beach. The water in the pools is colder than in the sea, we did not swim in them. Children's animation in the evening is monotonous, so by the end of the rest we have practically learned their entire repertoire, even passing by and listening out of the corner of our ear. children are very friendly.

Once we went on an excursion to Pamukkale (we bought it in Icmeler on the gravel street) - the guide Deniz was excellent, on the way back we were brought to an expensive textile center and for a tasting of fruit wines. we were not tempted by anything like that, we went shopping in Marmaris in the form of a walk - about 30 minutes along the promenade, or in Icmeler - 20 minutes.
in general a good stay, I recommend to everyone
