We stayed at this hotel in September 2017. Since the passions have subsided long ago, my comment will be objective and not emotional.

The hotel is located at the very end of the Icmeler promenade, there is only one more hotel behind the "Mar-bas" and this is where Icmeler ends. In this regard, I draw your attention to the fact that the hotel is located directly under the mountain, and therefore the beach is in the shade for a long time. For those who like to swim early in the morning, it is not very comfortable, and in the evening the shadow creeps in early.

A huge turtle really lives there. If you swim far and do not know about it, then you can earn a heart attack. And if you stand in the water, then small fish will bite your leg. Own beach across the road in two minutes, but very small and sunbeds are literally on top of each other. Entry into the sea is convenient and the sea is almost always calm.

As for the hotel, it seems that they deliberately create inconveniences in order to receive an additional fee for their elimination.
Well, tell me, why do you need air conditioning late in the evening and early in the morning? I believe, precisely so that you pay extra for his work during the hottest hours. For wi-fi, you also have to pay separately for each day and for each device.

Another fat minus - one of the days we left early in the morning for an excursion, and getting up, we found that there was no water, neither cold nor hot. I had to go downstairs with a bottle to the cooler. The stress was great.

As for the food - everything is as usual in C grades, without frills. Faced with the fact that they were clearing the dishes from the table when we hadn’t really eaten yet, and somehow the word “finish” sounded often, although we didn’t pretend to be anything special.

The staff did not seem friendly to us, on the first day it didn’t work out, at the reception they began to tell how much you need to pay extra for a room with a sea view, how much the Internet costs, how much the round-the-clock operation of the air conditioner costs.
The owner of the hotel, Chingiz, is very charming, friendly, but from his smiles and attention, neither the air conditioner nor the Internet became working)

The hotel is quiet, there is no rattling music, the constant noise of cars, and roosters sing in the morning.
