The holiday began with the fact that when checking into the hotel we could not be accommodated in the required rooms (double and triple), settled in one room (in which there were three rooms, however, it was actually possible to stay only in one in which there was air conditioning, on the balcony of which unknown people drank alcohol, the room was incredibly dirty, they gave 3 towels for five, no gel and toilet paper - but one small bar of soap for five people. We went to complain at the reception, or rather we were not going to settle in this they just told us that if you don’t want to sleep in this room, where you want it’s not our problem, while the hotel guide from TEZ TOUR smiled sweetly and generally froze like guys, I don’t know you. The manager promised to give us passes to the beach, saying that it is free, thinking that we are idiots despite the fact that we already have a free beach at the Nirvana Beach Hotel and a bunch of city free ones. la, as well as from the hotel guide TEZ Tour, we had no choice but to spend the night in this viper. Of course, we wrote a complaint, but no one accepted it from us. As a result, we were moved only on the second day after two hours, and in 3-bed and 2-bed rooms - viper with dirty linens and towels, and again there were not enough sheets.
I was also extremely surprised by the Turkish bath for $ 35 per person, which did not correspond to this money at all (sold the hotel guide TEZ TOUR: dirt; the procedures were not performed, as they should be - there is something to compare not the first time we rest in Turkey; additional services for 15 euros, which they wanted to frankly swindle, after the refusal they also called us obscene names; the bus, which was waiting for 25 minutes over the hot sun, in general, a whole sea of ​ ​ ​ ​ negativity, especially acquired itch and herpes after dirty linen in the hotel and such a hammam.
Throughout the hotel there is a smell of urea and feces, despite the fact where people eat and even in the dining room.

What else can be added besides a dirty hotel, a boorish attitude towards us, is food.
The food was all expired and soy food, only watermelons were from fruits, and even then not always. Tablecloths are not changed at all. The type of staff does not correspond to the dress code of the staff (dressed in dirty !!!!! ! T-shirts, shorts)
After the poisoning in the hotel (there was nothing to eat at all, there was no heat treatment of dishes in the hotel at all), and especially a wonderful find in the sausage - feathers and teeth, we ate in a cafe, but not in a hotel.
Sexual relations have been seen near the pool on the sunbeds in front of the children, the hotel staff encourages this.
What else can be said, we are sincerely grateful to the TEZ TOUR company for sending their tourists to such nasty hotels for decent money and providing such “chic excursions” at inflated prices, despite the fact that TEZ TOUR sold us a ticket to a “decent hotel” ,
