I liked Marmaris very much, we decided to go for a week and in September - since this time I was traveling with an adult daughter and animators with water parks were not needed - the choice fell on the city hotel - Myra Hotel, because. it has one of the advantages - proximity to the sea, high rating (in some sources it is declared as the third rated hotel in Marmaris).
So, we arrived on September 22, we were at the hotel at about 7 in the morning... They immediately gave the keys to the room... Hooray ? !... but, it wasn’t there))... a room right above the kitchen - with all the ensuing smells))... the second key - a room on the first floor on some kind of lawn with a gardener's inventory (part-time cleaner and pool cleaner))) Refused ! ) The third key - the fourth floor, the view from the balcony on the roofs and mountains - we really liked it!
The rooms are tiny, so much so that there is nowhere to put 2 suitcases.

In the shower, the curtain bathes with you every time... The rooms are tired, the air conditioner is old, but at the very least managed... but, this is at the end of September... Of course, there are no kettles, no refrigerator, there were shampoo gels in the bathroom. Wifi is also available. .
On the territory there is a small pool and a number of sun loungers by the pool.
Meals - all inclusive... well... you certainly will not die of hunger... but you need to be an omnivore, like me))) For alcohol - free beer and wine.
The contingent - 2/3 are elderly Germans... judging by the color of their skin, they stopped by the hotel for May holidays))... they don’t go to the sea much - they hang out near the pool, drink free beer and wine - a little noisy, but not at all conflicting)
Cats)) - for breakfast, lunch and especially dinner - on the summer terrace of the restaurant you will be accompanied by local cats, cats and kittens - it is not necessary to feed, but it is very desirable)
Infrastructure - next to two large Migros, Blue Port shopping center, McDonald's))), many, many different shops, coffee shops, pharmacies, travel agencies.
SEA!! ) - crawling to the sea - 5 minutes, a quick step -3 minutes... The beaches are small-pebble mixed with sand, the entry into the sea is gentle and quite comfortable... The water at the end of September was 26-27 Celsius...
The heat is gone like in summer. On the beach, you can either sit on the sand with your own towel or cover… or, as we did, take two sun loungers + an umbrella from a nearby bar… The principle is this – you buy coffee/lemonade/alcohol from them – for that you use sun loungers and an umbrella. .
Where to walk / how to have fun in the evening - the entire embankment for several kilometers is bars, restaurants, discos, I will especially note two Starbucks - one near the fortress, the second a little further.
I will add about the hotel - in my opinion, the rating of the hotel is too high, it is high time to renovate or repair it, well, at least do something with it)... But its location is excellent. If this is not a long-term vacation without small children, then it is quite possible to opt for it! )
