Rested with friends from 25.06 to 04.07. I am writing a detailed review, because we ourselves, before choosing a vacation spot, read the reviews of others. In general, I liked it - but there are some drawbacks. For families with children, most likely this hotel is not suitable - although none of them complained.
I'll start with the good:
1. Location of the hotel - 15-20 minutes walk to the center of Marmaris and to Bar Street.
2. The beach is nearby (but the beach itself is “not very” putting it mildly, and places are always a problem). We were going to relax by the sea! And here is the beach. . Therefore, we went (he is right there nearby) to the neighboring paid beach. You order something in the Heaven O‘Seven bar and you can enjoy the sea and the sun! Your order is delivered instantly. The guys in the bar are very friendly and friendly, they know Russian. The beach is gorgeous and there is always a place on it at any time. This beach has white sand, clean, good sun loungers and mattresses, great big umbrellas!
You can even lie on the pier - there are also sun loungers and umbrellas. Just super! Evenings were spent in the same bar (why go far). Everything is great.
3. Food - very good - meat: chicken, turkey, lamb, fish (so-so), a lot of fruits, watermelons, melons, oranges, apples ... , various sweets (only the truth was baklava only once).
4. There are 3 swimming pools. Why aren't they cleaned? After swimming in the pool, a rash appeared on the legs. They stopped going to the pool, swam only in the sea, and everything went away.
5. The staff is quite normal. But especially unfriendly (maybe because of problems with the Russian language). Only in the restaurant the waiter Joseph (they specifically asked his name) always with a smile, always says hello, asks how you are, finds a place to sit down, and there was no difference between Russians and foreigners. As soon as we arrived, “no hello”, etc. , she immediately began to “push” her excursions. (Excursions we bought, but on the street, 2 times cheaper and everything was at the highest level!!!! ). When they asked the guide to help settle, and then everything else, she did not want to talk. It's not clear - this is not the first time a bad review about the work of the guide Natalia in this hotel, but she doesn't care .. ? ? It spoils the first impression of the hotel. She didn't even talk about the infrastructure of the hotel. .
she was not interested in anything, except how to sell us her excursions, for the entire vacation we saw her one more time, in general, a hotel guide for a deuce! ! Despite the fact that the guide also met us from the TUI company (sorry, we don’t remember the name), a wonderful, friendly girl.

After 14.00 we were offered rooms in a nearby hotel - they did not suit us (one room with windows on a noisy road, the second - "smoky"). After a small run-in with the staff on our part, how are there no rooms? ? after all, when booking a tour, the hotel confirmed the availability of a place for these dates - the room was found. We settled in the Gardenia building. The rooms are small, equipped with very old furniture - not comfortable. Therefore, on the trail. day came to the reception and asked for a surcharge to move to a building near the sea. It worked, they gave me a room with a good side sea view.
But the furniture is terrible! ! ! The air conditioner was also barely puffing, and even the smell was terrible from it.
3. The beach is very small. Umbrellas are bad, they let the sun through very much. Sitting under umbrellas, burned down! So be careful! Mattresses are just awful, it's time to replace! ! ! , constantly dirty (in other hotels every morning they wiped everything: both mattresses and tables), so you need to take napkins with you or lie on dirty ones.
