For a holiday with a child, choose another hotel..... I will try to evaluate the hotel from the point of view of my mother. Because I myself rested in 2 * and by the way I was very pleased : )
Location:
very well, 30 minutes from the center where the clubs and the big bazaar. 90 km from Dalaman airport - all tourists in a minibus went to one hotel - which significantly reduced the travel time: ) the city itself is in the bay - that is. no waves (only from passing boats)
For children:
Mini club NO!!!! ! I mean it finally can not....Just a hoax in the directories. 3 pools for children (1 - standing water is not cleaned, 2 - a niche in the main pool and adult fat aunts hang out there, which can not always be moved, even with children's screams and splashes, 3 - with a slide-elephant is normal) the evening disco is good, 5 animators dance even with 1 child. but there were a maximum of 5-6 children there. Apparently others carefully read the reviews, and not like me : )
Service:

settled quickly in the building where the receptionist, the number had to be changed. I have a small child, and they gave me on the 2nd floor with windows on the show platform. The second room with windows on the road is very noisy, it is impossible to sleep with the window open. in the building with the restaurant, there is generally a constant hum and clinking of plates..... I agree with previous reviews that the best Nergis building is not officially sold in the Russian Federation - only there for a fee, and even then not always
Nutrition:
quite decent for a 4 *, she even got better, but the child lasted 14 days on an omelette in the morning, pasta in the afternoon and ice cream every other day in the evening....There is no dedicated children's menu, but I think many children don’t eat very much at 5 * - just unusual smell and taste of the most ordinary dishes. Powdered milk - I didn’t even take a sip, so there were rolls and sweets left. and my daughter really liked the stuffed pita bread, which the woman baked right in the restaurant. The first week they were given watermelons, plums, apples, melons, oranges, grapes... then just a mass of people arrived abruptly (about 50 people at a time) and ended the rest with a minimum of apples and oranges... and in general, it’s obvious how you get there - after this big arrival there were huge queues for food and drinks..... and there was simply no place on the beach... The lack of places at the tables was very depressing.
Beach:
just HORRIBLE. . . !!! ! SUCH DIRT IS SIMPLY UNREAL... and you can’t even refer to Russians, because. the majority of holidaymakers are British...
We tried to dig in the sand - there are tufts of hair, cigarette butts, glasses, bees crawl right on the sand - the child was bitten in the legs twice! Many children were bitten by bees, even though they walked in shoes....In the morning there is oil film from yachts on the sea, in the evening it is simply difficult to go into the water due to garbage coming from the same yachts (bags, cups) floating condoms cease to amaze for 2 days.....HORROR: (Beach-boy only collects and lays out the sunbeds-garbage, no one cleans up... they were on the city beach - much cleaner . .
And next to it is the cleanest neighboring beach with sand (where you just have to buy yourself a cocktail and lie at least all day) where the beach-boy is spinning all day like a bee : )

The entrance to the sea is a torment for a mother carrying a child in her arms - this is not a sand and pebble granite and cobblestone entrance... walking 4 meters is a test...... I got hurt on the very first day - all 2 weeks of rest healed. Tin.....
In short, it was the beach that spoiled the opinion about the hotel.
