The overall impression of the hotel - cool in the photo, in fact, a terrible disappointment. If he had not been praised so much, perhaps he would have expected less. But one thing I can say clearly - this is not a four. Threesome with a big stretch.
The hotel is dilapidated, the rooms are so shabby that they resemble murdered Soviet Crimean sanatoriums. The tightness is terrible - both on the territory of the hotel and in the rooms. Everywhere there are some shacks with pantries, cleaning, garbage cans. From the reception to the sea there is no passage at all through the hotel - only through the canteen or along the street. There is so little space and so ill-conceived placement of buildings on the territory. I say this as an architect.
Staff. Everything seems to be fine, but somehow without a soul. Our guide Ramis was on show all the time and was very busy, it was difficult to find him. The general impression from the staff is that people are very tired of tourists, they are waiting for the season to end and everyone will finally fall down. Cleaning in the room was purely symbolic, even though we left a tip. Once, without even cleaning, they simply removed a sign asking for cleaning from the door handle and hung it inside the room. All in all, I think it's a disgrace.

Hotel beach - forget it exists. It is no more than 20 meters along the sea line, the beds are dumb, very old, the mattresses are also very old. Dirt, the beach is not cleaned, all in gobies and bins full of garbage. In addition, you should be prepared for the fact that in Turkey they smoke on the beaches (at least in Marmaris). At 18.00, the beach-boy pokes at the clock, like, get out, the beach is closed, although the sun is still up to seven o'clock. Sunbeds and mattresses are collected in a heap, and in the morning everything is sorted out and - in places, no one even wipes dirt from dust, you come and wipe your own place. And you need to come at 7.00 - as in the Crimea, then there are no places, sorry, the beach is not designed for all hotel guests !! ! Brad full! So if you don’t want to grab the Soviet extreme, go straight to the neighboring beaches. It is very clean and there are places at any time, payment - drinks from 5 liras (2.5 dollars).
Better yet, choose a DIFFERENT hotel.
And only an honest and competent tour operator will help you not to make a mistake. Unfortunately, we were not lucky in this, we were praised by this hotel, it is not even clear where they got such information from.
And Marmaris is a wonderful place, only he brightened up the rest. And excursions too. According to the principle - anywhere - just not in a hotel and not on the beach !! !
