We were promised a new room, which we got to by 17 o'clock and there was no hint that this room was not for the newlyweds, the husband went to find out, or rather beg and humiliate himself, this is the only way in this hotel!
We were surprised then when we saw that a huge cart with such "compliments" was carried every day, and almost in every room, fu.
I'm wondering, are we really coming to quarrel? Why ruin everything on the first day.
For food: lunches and dinners were brighter. Every day there was some kind of fish, meat, chicken, turkey. Queues were created due to the limited number of staff serving food.
Territory: beautiful, green.
Beach: excellent, enough space for everyone, rented a bungalow - a great idea to spend time in silence and relaxation.

SPA: we really wanted to relax and visit the spa, but the workers themselves beat off this desire from you, pestering you at every meeting and speaking to you in such a tone as if you owe them money : )))
We ended up going somewhere else.
According to the hotel policy, beach towels are changed once a day. Twice we were refused this too, they said that tomorrow, given that I changed them yesterday. I came up and took it myself, and the second time, my husband was refused, and I see that people are coming out with new towels, I came up, to which I was told, tomorrow, well, until I said that now we are going to the reception together and you will to explain why you decided so, ignoring the rules of your own hotel, the same spa worker did not change them for me. But in fact, it is difficult to call it towels - protruding threads, they themselves are as thick as sheets and stained...
About the service in general - there is none, except for the water park, because the man was friendly all the time that we were and helped with circles, and besides the rooftop bar - the girls work great there. For cleaning, they cleaned us 2 times, and after the second one they left only 2 towels, and when asked to bring two more, they brought two toasts for 36 lire.
As a result, the impression was spoiled on the 1st day.
