Overall, it was a great vacation!

On the way from the airport, we stopped where they offered to exchange money "at a good rate. " Later, when we saw the actual exchange rates in the city, we realized we'd rushed it.

We were checked into the hotel immediately, and our room was excellent—modern, clean, and quiet. The minibar was refilled daily. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the housekeeping; it could have been better.

There aren't many Russian tourists at the hotel, mostly Europeans. However, there's a Russian-speaking girl working at reception, which is convenient.

Unfortunately, the experience was greatly spoiled by one of the reception staff. He was rude and arrogant, insulting guests, and speaking in an unfriendly manner. When friends were visiting, we had problems registering them and getting into their room—the staff member was unwilling to help and was extremely unpleasant. This attitude is completely inconsistent with the standard of the hotel and leaves a very bad impression. Management should pay attention to his work and attitude toward guests.
When choosing a room, keep in mind that sea-facing rooms can be noisy, while those facing the forest are quieter.

The hotel itself is located between Icmeler and Marmaris—a convenient location, as hotels in Marmaris are very crowded. The grounds are well-maintained, the air is fresh, and there are almost no insects. The entrance to the sea is small pebbles. Beach towels were provided promptly and without any hassle. Most of the staff were polite and friendly, and the service was generally good.

There are pools for adults and children, water slides, water activities, and a disco in the evening. Spa prices are high, but the sauna and pool are free. The on-site photographers seemed expensive and not very friendly; it's better to look for local ones—you can find cheaper and better quality ones online, and some speak Russian.

The food was excellent: a varied menu, including soups, meat, sweets, freshly squeezed orange juice, and fruit. There are a la carte restaurants - Turkish, Chinese and Italian, and there is a hookah bar.
We went to Marmaris: there by sea taxi, back by minibus. We strolled around the old town, went to the bazaar, and saw the singing fountain.

We took different tours: one with a guide, the others through a local agency in Icmeler. The guided tours were disappointing—they spent more time taking us around shops than showing us the city. The agency, however, was excellently organized. You can find a local agency by walking toward Icmeler, up to the fish monument, then turning deeper into the village and walking about 50 meters—it's the INSU agency. Say hello to Irina who works there!

Overall, we were pleased with our vacation. There were some minor issues, but they didn't spoil the experience. We're glad we chose this hotel and this trip—we'd happily return again if management could address the inappropriate behavior of some reception staff.
