The receptionist said in English that today our room is not ready and we are given the best room with a sea view for one day. The hotel employee led us in an incomprehensible direction through the entire village and led us to the second floor of a bar, later it became clear that these were rooms for the staff of this institution. In shock, we returned to the reception and said that we would not spend the night there, to which the receptionist grinned and said: "You have no choice, " and refused to help us. I immediately called the travel agency where I purchased the tour, they explained to me that this is a clear violation - DOUBLE RESALE OF ROOMS, so we can record a complaint at the central office of the operator PEGAS TOURISTIK in Antalya.
