I have never experienced worse service than here in my life. Not in three stars, not even in two, in which I had to stop. How can this hotel get 4 stars is a mystery to me.
I will try not to include emotions to give only facts.
To begin with, when we just drove up to the hotel, the exclamation of someone from the bus at the sight of the entrance was "I hope this is the back door! "
In the pre-dawn twilight the hotel looks depressing at all.
He looks untidy even during the day. I have never seen such a reception as there.
Welcoming phrase of the meeting administrator "I just woke up to accommodate you, although you should have arrived yesterday" (departure was moved from 17.50 to 00.00)
When settling in each of the three rooms occupied by us there were shortcomings. In one, plaster was falling, in the other there was no shower, and there was just a glass partition and water flowed throughout the bathroom, and collected near the toilet, in the third the balcony did not close.

None of this, despite the appeals and demands, has not been corrected. None of the bathrooms have shelves in the shower for detergents. In one of the rooms the front door handle was broken and that was the only thing that was fixed.
Visually, the rooms look beautiful, the renovation in the rooms is fresh, but all the partitions on the balconies are rusted. Some of the balconies were painted after the scandal, some remained rusty.
There are no safes in the rooms, there was one room from previous guests, such as a safe, which is not from thieves, but for (! ) them. Lightweight and small, not attached to a closet or wall.
We got beach towels after the fight. And not all guests received them.
The room was cleaned twice in a week! There is nothing to do on your own.
Bed and towels were not changed.
There is nowhere to hang towels and swimwear for drying, only on the metal parts of the balcony railings.
Hot water was not always available.
Wi-Fi is available, but it is good only at the reception.
Cleaners without uniform, unfriendly. When tired, they simply sit on the steps of the buildings for a smoke break and drink tea.

The pool is small, the sunbeds around are old, shabby, the view around the pool is very so-so!
Waiters, bartenders don't wear fotma, they just walk around in casual clothes, but they smile, joke, try to clear the plates from the tables quickly. The cooks put on gloves after the battle and some put on their uniforms, but not all. The dining room staff is friendly, they try to please and amuse, but they do not have so many opportunities. The food is very monotonous. There was never a fish. The meat is mostly chopped or chicken wings and legs, and also not every day. Dessrts are scarce (weakly said) 1 or 2 types. On Saturday, the only dessert was raisins. Only raisins for dessert dinner. Without restrictions, there were only apples, oranges and watermelons. A couple of times there were plums and once apricots. Tea is only black.
The hotel area and the beach are being cleaned, but for some reason they look untidy.
The first two days the food was very dull, dishes were served that were sour.
After a two-day battle, swearing, there were threats to evict us with the gendarmes (!!! ), but the food became better, and then only for a few days. The meeting side of Pininsula could neither relocate us nor influence the hotel administration. Bad reviews for this hotel for many years.

In fairness, I will say that some guests at the hotel liked it. They are picky and to the remark about sour food they said, "You can not eat it, but just put it off, why complain right away? " Out.

If the hotel were put in order, it could be fine. The buildings are well thought out, but there is still a lot of work and investment to be done on the territory.
If the price were lower ($400 off-season for a week of stay is not so small), I would recommend the hotel to students.
Separately, I want to write about the fact that Join Up did not affect the hotel in any way and did not help in resolving a single issue. With them, you can only go to an exceptionally good hotel, where the likelihood of such misunderstandings is almost zero.
