Of the good, perhaps this is all that was.
The rooms are not cleaned, there are simply no light bulbs. For the whole room 2 pcs. in the bathroom and next to the bed a small lamp. The room has a refrigerator but empty and air conditioning.
The beach is dirty and there are not enough sunbeds for everyone.
Animation and music is missing.
The food is disgusting, foreign objects in the food. Eternal french fries that are served for lunch and dinner.
There is free internet throughout the territory, but don't expect speed from it.
The guy at the pool bar is very friendly at all hours of the day.
It is a pity that we spent our first trip abroad and honeymoon at our hotel.

It was stated that this is 4 stars, the ALL INCLUSIVE system, the cost for 2 adults is 72 thousand rubles. First time in such a terrible hotel. Always rested in hotels 4-5 stars. In fact, this hotel is 2 stars with full board, but not 4. This turned out to be a complete surprise. The main complaint against the tour operator is the sale of vouchers, which obviously do not correspond to reality. Instead of a good rest - negative emotions and additional costs for paying for places on the beach under a canopy and food.

In order:

The room is dirty, there are spiders on the ceiling, ants are walking on the floor, cleaning every other day, towels and bed linen have never been changed, the drain does not work in the shower (they poured something like our Mole and gave out a mop), instead of a lamp, naked people stick out on the ceiling. wires. There is practically no furniture - one bedside table and a wardrobe with broken shelves.
Food - you won’t die of hunger, but it’s very scarce, hair constantly came across in the food, because the staff in the kitchen with untidy hair. Dined at nearby restaurants. Drinks - tea, instant coffee, local beer, juices in bags, one type of wine, mineral water were given out only for 3 days, then they stopped.

Territory - magnificent pine trees, but a complete sense of devastation, because street lights are broken, paths with potholes, and at night the territory is not lit and not guarded. There is one small pool.

The beach is small pebbles, it is extremely poorly cleaned, because the beach is public, the umbrellas are old and very small, the mattresses on the sun loungers are also old and torn. Places under a canopy are paid for 10 euros. Trouble with beach towels - they gave one for two.

The staff does not have a uniform - it is very difficult to determine who is who.

They took the money already on the run, but no one wants to take responsibility.

As a result, we arrived at the hotel at 22.30 instead of "until 12.00".

Now for the hotel:

- the place is chic, pine trees, flowers, ripening pomegranates and a lot of greenery,

- the sea is clean, transparent with small fish. at first they were afraid of their bites, then they got used to natural peeling : ))

- the kitchen is not very good, we ate french fries a year in advance, there are a lot of vegetables, but what with mayonnaise is not at all usable, if it’s sliced, the pastries are delicious, there is almost no meat. Strained constant movement of staff behind our backs during our meal.

-settled in a room near the reception without money. clean, comfortable, the furniture is not new, but whole, on the last day we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. There is NO WiFi at all. call home is impossible.
If you need something on the Internet - go to the reception and it's not a fact that it will work out.

As a result, Turunc - yes and yes. The hotel is not.

Food - nothing to eat, for the whole week they served meat once and fish once. Tourists are hungry. There were no vegetables, no fruits, except for watermelon. Very dirty in the kitchen, and in the rooms, and the territory, and in the restaurant, if you can call it a restaurant. For 6 days of rest, the last 3 lay with poisoning. The ambulance was on duty and took people away like a minibus. 40 people with poisoning, but they don't care! They didn't even say sorry! And they smiled and said: nothing will happen to you, you won’t *die*. Here is a Turkish service in 4 * and ALL INCLUSIVE. I took real photos, I'll post them for everyone to see. The fact that the advertising sites do not correspond to reality. It's not that I don't recommend it, but I would add this hotel to the blackest list!

Having studied the hotel, and knowing that it stands on the seashore, upon arrival, at the reception (with the help of a translator on the phone), we asked to give us a room with a sea view. The boy nodded, handed over the keys and....we go into the room at the very end of the hotel at the entrance to the hotel, next to the babbling sewer, with a small balcony and two beds (there are three of us - dad, mom and adult daughter). To our long requests!! ! (as I understood from the conversations of other vacationers, who are also immediately given such rooms - they had to insist, be indignant and not settle! ) Mr. Celal (representative of "Join UP", because the guys at the reception do not understand Russian, they do not understand English, and they probably don’t know how to count) said that there were no free rooms and promised, after we hinted that we would pay extra, they would give us another number tomorrow, but only so that we wouldn’t tell anyone about it - a secret, because. here they say where they settled there and live. And here's the request! husband was brought to us to spend the night in the third teenage bed, almost bed to bed, because. room for two, towels for two! which no one has changed! The next day, Mr. Celal again tells us there are no free rooms, but people come and then they are settled in normal rooms !!!! ! In addition, later I learn from people living in normal rooms that their rooms are next to empty!!! ! I would understand if there really were no rooms available, but they are! Why lie? They would give you money! , although for what? after all, we bought a 3-bed room in early booking! There are three of us: me, my husband, and a 19-year-old daughter - is it generally normal to give a room where the beds are almost right next to each other, is this in a Muslim country with strict rules and etiquette! ? On the beach, I heard from other vacationers that they were also given the same rooms, but people demanded and they were moved to two-room suites (even two people lived in triple two-room suites, a couple with a child lived in a two-room quadruple). We lived in this room for 7 days, but it was unpleasant, and a vague sediment did not leave us all the days. So there you have to be bolder, and demand those conditions for which the money is paid !!!
I also want to say to everyone who goes there that the hotel will offer you various excursions, which are much cheaper on the pier near the boats. Yes, in the shower the water does not flow out well - the third wash is in the water up to the bones!
About the pleasant: the nature is wonderful, the sea is clean, a quiet and calm town, a dining room on the seashore, its own beach. I want to say a huge thank you to the guys at the bar and the kitchen: they dangle like bees, polite, smile, the food is delicious, varied, but vegetable, there is little meat and is given in portions, the fish was twice. We rested abroad for the first time and if it were not for the "not the human factor" everything would be fine, but those people who rest not for the first time say that they expected more, and this hotel is very far behind other hotels both in terms of food and conditions, and pulls on 3 *)))

There is no animation, but we did not need it.
Excursions were taken from the company JM on the street of souvenirs. It's cheaper there!
Sea in 3 min. chic, but colder than the mediterranean.
In general, we recommend it for those who are not spoiled for fives 5 * !! !

So, the hotel is essentially 3+, not up to 4. Of course, I wanted to live in a room as in the photo - with a sea view, but... you must be prepared that you will be placed in a room without a view (or a small piece will be visible), we asked Abdul, and even offered money, but next to us, a couple and girls settled almost in suites. … More ▾ So, the hotel is essentially 3+, not up to 4. It was very embarrassing. But, as it turned out, we still had a decent room, there are worse ones, and many rooms have nuances - either everyone walks past the 1st floor and you can see everything, or there is a bar nearby (under construction) or a disco in a neighboring hotel, or a dining room, or... those really good rooms are very few.
And of course, the worst thing is the road from Join Up (and there is no choice, because they are the only ones who sell tours to this hotel), they stole more than a day, instead of 7 in the morning they arrived at 12 at night, sat at the airport, also returned at 3 at night, In fact, instead of 8 days, we were 6 days and 6 nights (
Meals - monotonous, few fruits, meat-chicken in portions.
From + The nature is beautiful, the sea is clean, but cold.

We were accommodated (2 adults and 2 children) in 2-room apartments. Made repairs, everything works. There was no hair dryer. I asked at the reception and saw immediately. We broke the bed in the room, I turned to the hotel employee (Farouk) with this problem, it was fixed immediately. Nature in Turun is just fabulous! ! ! Our restaurant was right on the waterfront! ! ! ! ! it's great! ! ! ! ! I recommend this hotel if you need a holiday where good Nature, good service and peace are here for you (except thanks to Farooq and Kerim). … More ▾ We were accommodated (2 adults and 2 children) in 2-room apartments. The hotel is located in the village of Turunc, from Dalaman Airport about 2.5 hours by two buses (large to Marmaris, then small along the serpentine road to Turunc). We arrived around 11pm. Met, fed a specially left dinner, opened a bar for us, settled - quickly and without problems. I got a room with a non-working air conditioner - the next day they moved it to a normal one. … More ▾ The hotel is located in the village of Turunc, from Dalaman Airport about 2.5 hours by two buses (large to Marmaris, then small along the serpentine road to Turunc). We arrived around 11pm. Met, fed a specially left dinner, opened a bar for us, settled - quickly and without problems. I got a room with a non-working air conditioner - the next day they moved it to a normal one.
The hotel rooms are built in the form of terraces- ledges along the mountainside, some of the rooms are grouped into one building with entrances from a common corridor (these rooms have sea views and huge balconies, there are about 10 of them), some have separate entrances with terraces and sea views, part is located higher, also with separate entrances from the street, but without a sea view. The rooms are refurbished, but with traces of "quick refurbishment", but, in general, look fresh. Beds, mattresses, linen - standard, cleaning every few days, linen was not changed for a week, towels were changed. Bathrooms are fresh, plumbing fixtures are fresh, shower cabins are very unsuccessfully made - just a glass partition, water after a shower throughout the bathroom... they put shampoos, gels, soap, but they are like that... if only it was considered. Hot water during the day (while the sun is there) is stable, in the evening it becomes summer.
The territory is green, quite well-groomed. Palm trees, bushes with flowers, pomegranates, tangerines and huge beautiful pine trees grow on the territory, some of them go right through the terraces of the rooms. Beautiful. This is the only place on the coast where they are (pines). Lots of stairs. There are practically no urns, so in secluded corners there are bunches of bulls. The pool is small but there is enough space. Clean.
The food is high quality, satisfying, but monotonous. Daily the same set of snacks (tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, stewed-grilled vegetables) and side dishes (fried potatoes every other day, rice, pasta, some kind of cereal) and a meat dish - one or two (mainly nuggets and some then incomprehensible meatballs). Dinner was varied a couple of times with grilled fish, chicken thighs and something else. Puree type soups, not really. Desserts are monotonous pieces of biscuit smeared with something. Watermelon, apples, pears, grapes, several types of olives for breakfast, figs, raisins, cheeses. The sous-chef really distributes meat dishes in portions into plates, but if you ask for two or come up for an addition, he pours it without any problems. This is how they struggle with not eating food : ) An hour before dinner - a snack, pizza (such as fornetti) and a biscuit. The same every day. In general, food for tourists who are not very pretentious in terms of variety and culinary delights.
There are two bars included in all inclusive - one near the pool, the second in the buffet (works during meals). Gin, vodka, cancer. Edible. Wine - red and white. Did not like. Beer. Like beer... Juices (from packages, but the sediment of the powder in the glass remains). About tomato juice seems not heard at all. Fanta cola sprite. There is no tonic. There is no ice. Haven't heard of cocktails either. There are coffee makers with instant cappuccino coffee.
Staff - mostly students on a part-time basis. They smile. Most know a minimum of English and Russian. Manager Abdullah speaks excellent Russian. Tourists - mainly Russia, Ukraine, Moldova. The Turks come for the weekend.
The beach is pebbly, the entrance to the sea is very small pebbles, it's normal for the feet. The depth starts from five meters from the shore, there are practically no waves. The water is crystal clear, the views are amazing. The beach is public, but due to the location of the hotel at the edge of the bay there are few people. There are sun loungers and wicker umbrellas. Bring your own beach towels, the hotel does not provide. Ours was stolen at the end of the week.
The Internet is so-so, it works confidently only in the reception area and lobby.
The village itself is small, the length along the coastline along the bay is about 700 meters. In the evening, the central street is closed for transport and there is a large promenade with souvenir shops and all sorts of eating establishments. Prices are moderate. There is a Migros supermarket. A lot of excursion offices. If you wish, you can go to Marmaris by minibus, about 20-25 minutes drive, travel 6 lira (roughly 1 dollar) - there is a large bazaar and chain clothing stores.
Wishes for the hotel - to diversify the menu and the bar, remove traces of repairs from the rooms, put trash cans / ashtrays on the territory and reconstruct the reception and lobby to a more presentable appearance. AND TOMATO JUICE!
Separately, about tour operators. Sells a tour in Kyiv JoinUp, bought through the agency "Let's go with us" (Kyiv), the host of Peninsula tours Antalya. Everyone worked well, except for the delay of the return flight for 7 hours by the wonderful company Anda Air with their two planes... The prices for excursions from hotel guides are 1.5-2 times higher than the street ones.
Summary: The hotel is suitable for 4 * on formal grounds. I would say 3*+. Wonderful location, nature, sea, mountains, climate. Actually, for this and "+". Quiet and comfortable. An excellent choice for a relatively inexpensive and relaxing holiday for people who do not require increased attention to their person and a high level of service.
There were four of us - me, wife, daughter 25 years old, son 15 years old. Everyone liked it (given that we are familiar with 4 * -5 * resorts of the Dominican Republic and Mexico). Ready to go there again.

There is a need to go to Turunc in the fall - of all that this hotel has, the best option is price-location. Food is not very interested, but the presence of children's animation and the beach is very urgent. And another selfish question - how early does the sun go behind the mountains? Thank you in advance.
