The hotel is clean and tidy! Cleaning is constantly carried out: the floors are washed with a machine at lunchtime, elderly women wipe the elevators, adhere to the COVID regime, all the staff are wearing masks, but vacationers are not, they are disinfected with drinks : )) Room 18 sq. m for two is enough, but if you go as a couple, focus on a large joint bed, since I was traveling with my mother, it was unprincipled, but it would be crowded with a man. … More ▾ The hotel is clean and tidy! Meals: everything is always fresh, + - the menu is of course similar every day, but you will not stay hungry - that's for sure! A beautiful view of the sea from the summer terrace - I think I saw a couple of such hotels on the coast. The hotel is dominated by the local population, as well as Slavs and Italians. From the hotel by minibus to the center 10 min. fare - 4.75 lire, go until 02:00 at night. The street of bars and restaurants is a separate conversation! There is where to have fun! Be careful with the choice of excursions, it is very important to choose a good agent so as not to spoil your vacation.
Have a good rest, choose this hotel - you will not regret it. And also + good animation - funny and unobtrusive guys!

4. The population of the hotel: the British, Germans, Turks is 99%.
5. Service: Everyone in the hotel and in Marmaris is friendly, you are welcomed as a dear guest and are waiting for another visit. The Turks are very fond of children of any age, we were with our son, he was given hyper attention.

We arrived at the hotel on 19.08 at 22.30 local time (accommodation from 14.00, full day paid, tour starts from 19.08). We were given one room key and told to go, no help with luggage transportation, no check-in, nothing. Once in the room (at 00.30 hours) we were delighted, it is huge, chic, 2-room (as it should be for three), with 3 beds, but the delight was instantly replaced by indignation. When ordering a tour, the travel agent (Olga Moiseenko) was repeatedly told that the room should be with a balcony, because we smoke, and this room is not only without a balcony, but also for non-smokers. When asked to move us to a room with a balcony, we were even more impolitely answered - There are no rooms. In response to the demand to call the director, we were told to come at 9-10 in the morning. But there were no rooms at 9.10, or 11, they called the reception manager, he said that after an hour he could check us into another building, we agreed to wait. At 13.40 we were escorted to the room, and my senior colleagues decided to agree to it, despite my protests, because the room for 2 - i. e. 2 beds to which a third should be attached, but there is simply nowhere to put it, with a balcony, but on a busy street, and this is constant noise. We agreed to agree, but we had to fight again for the second key, the third set of linen (neither bath nor bedding) was not given to us until the very end of the stay, not to mention the third bed, because my senior colleagues had to sleep together.
As for the beach and the hotel grounds, this is nonsense. There is no territory in principle; 1.5 pools and 2 buildings across the promenade (on which bikes and motorbikes ride) from the beach (the hotel is declared to be on the first line). The beach is almost clean, the coastal zone is not quite, but digestible.
I don't want to think about food. In general, the food was not bad, even some variety in salads (we did not eat them). But the seafood is mostly missing, the chicken steaks are overdried, the fish is either undercooked or overcooked. But otherwise, you could find something to eat, the owners of restaurants on the street are always happy to feed you tasty food and give you enough to drink not only with tea or coffee. I won't say anything about drinks at the hotel.
We saw the hotel guide only once, 15 minutes in the morning after arrival. No real, necessary information was received from him, he was not interested in the state of our affairs.
The time of departure approached, a day before we received a fax about the departure from the hotel and departure, the departure time is 16.40, the departure time is 21.30, the plane on the route Dalaman airport - Min. Vody airport (! ), Rostov-on-Don is indicated in the contract, ticket received and paid. I am writing an SMS with a question about the travel agent in Rostov, by the way, the answer has not yet been received (27.08). On the day of departure at 9 am, they throw a note under the door saying that we must vacate the room before 12 pm, there are no questions about this, except for one thing - where can we be with our luggage from 12.00 to 16.30? - from 11 they start calling us from the reception every 20 minutes and reminding us that by 12 we must vacate the room and hand over the key to the reception, by the way, after the 2nd call, we did not put the phone down. Having gone down to the reception in the afternoon in swimsuits and pareos, we put our luggage in the luggage room, where there are no boxes or other security technologies. We spent the rest of the day in the hotel lobby, on a leather sofa. Since the hotel does not provide the “Lanch BOX” service, we had to collect buns or fruits in the dining room for breakfast on our own. When the time of departure approached, we changed in the public toilet of the hotel, and taking our things, went out on the porch to wait for the bus.
I would not recommend anyone to use this hotel.
