Very good budget hotel. The area is large and green. 4 water slides. The staff is friendly, but they only speak Russian at the reception.
The room itself is quite nicchavo: everything is neat, clean, the wardrobe, the doors are real wood. There is also a refrigerator, which is not mentioned in the descriptions of the hotel. Air conditioning works individually, is available in each room. The room was cleaned frequently, mostly in the first half of the day, shampoos and soaps were added every day, one set per person. Everything is sterile and clean. Neatly laid tiles, working plumbing. Hot water constantly.
Luxurious elevators, techno style: mirrors, steel, condo, electric thermometer, blue illumination of steel buttons. . .
The railing on the balcony is very low - to the waist! In a drunken state, it is better not to approach the railing, and in a strongly succumbed state, do not meddle on the balcony at all. Really dangerous. They designed something for the gnomes...

The lower floors are given over to families with children, people complained about the noise and din. The most optimal is the 6th-8th floor with a view of the Turkish dachas: there are no birds from this side, you can’t hear the noise-din-music from the territory, the kitchen doesn’t smell, the reception is not under you. Plus, the whole day is cool and shaded.
In the basement, all kinds of entertainment and nightly disco. In another basement there is an empty gym with decent equipment.
The sea is clean, fish swim (and hedgehogs sometimes), but cold, although they rested in August. And there were always either waves or big waves. However, they can be jumped on instead of swimming. Sunbeds near the chlorine pools were not occupied, although people squeezed there from the early hours, and in the rest of the territory there were enough sunbeds and mattresses for everyone, they were even unclaimed. Well, there are few sunbeds near the sea itself, so it was also not realistic to take.
But right next to it is an empty city beach, there is always a bunch of hotel sunbeds and mattresses. We lived only there, 1 meter from the border of the hotel's beach.
Periodically, some Turkish men dived and got all sorts of stones from the bottom, in the morning these heaps were taken by a tractor driver. So the beach is cleaned a little bit.
Plenty of food, always meat, chicken. The main hot dishes are put by the cooks, but increasing the portion and adding is no problem. 2 tables for salads, herbs, sausages, etc. + third table for rolls, bread, tea, milk, coffee, etc. Also a separate table for sweets and a table for melons / watermelons / quiche-mish / plums / pears, etc. The dining room is indoors, and the continuation of the dining room is on the open-air veranda (there are many smokers). True, the sky is covered with crowns of pines, and a protective net is stretched over the tables from needles and possible bird poop. By the way, birds are scared away by an audio scarecrow.
Even in the breaks between the main meal, all sorts of hamburgers, pizzas, rolls, salads, national pancakes, etc. are prepared.

The daily animation is interesting, cheerful, unobtrusive, but monotonous. In parallel, during the day, the girls-animators are engaged with children. After dinner there is a disco for children, also the same every day (but children like to memorize and repeat). Then late in the evening during the week there are various shows, performances, performances, competitions, magicians, dancers. A week later, they again repeat in a circle. Made to a very high quality. All phrases are repeated in 3-4 languages, incl. Russian.
Local hotel cats are all collared, neat, well-groomed. Near the boat house on the beach there is also a good-natured dog, also well-groomed and with a collar. During the day the dog is on a leash, walks at night. Haven't seen poop from her.
Adequate prices for really clean drinking water (they changed a bottle of water in my presence - it was suspiciously unsealed), slippers, clothes, cream, sweets, etc. start in Ozdere - about 1.5 km from the hotel. On Saturdays there is a big fruit and clothing market.
Unfortunately, there is no shopping - everything is frankly left and expensive China. At the beginning of Ozdere there are a couple of standing clothes shops: the first one sells left-handed cheap China, the second after 50-100 meters sells expensive, but quite high-quality China.
All in all, they went great. Minus subjective - for the coldish wavy sea.
