The hotel as a whole.

We rested at the hotel from July 7 to July 17 with my husband. At first we were going to the Suntopia Marmaris Imperial Hotel, but since the departures from Kolavia from Dalaman are early at 8.20 am, and the airport is 1.5 hours away, the Suntopia Hotel Pegasos Tropical was chosen, which we do not regret at all. In Turkey, the last time was 7 years ago in Side, the country has changed a lot for the better during this time. The territory of the hotel is large, (there is where to walk and take pictures) very well-groomed! There are three a la carte restaurants, many bars, a pancake shop from 11 am to 5 pm. All in flowers! There are several pools, in the main pool there are two slides, on which both adults and children ride. All staff are attentive and helpful. All dishes are signed in Russian.

The contingent is mainly British (more than half), Russians (20%), Ukrainians (10%), Scandinavians (10%) and Swedes, Finns, Norwegians and Danes.

Location.

The host TUI, the hotel guide Anton Morozov, I won’t say anything bad about him, he was always at the hotel, you can contact him for any questions, there are also Galina and Roman, Roma is just lovely ....

To the sea on foot about 5 minutes. Sunbeds near the pool should be borrowed from the very morning, from 7-8 hours. There were plenty of them at sea. Although the beach is sandy (with very hot sand), there are a lot of large and small pebbles when entering the sea, and given the fact that the sea is completely restless, entering it is quite problematic. My husband and I went swimming closer to the mountain, there is sand in the sea and not at all deep (the sea is for children).

You can walk to Sarigerme either on foot for 20-30 minutes, or by taxi for 10 lira, there are many shops with clothes, cafes and food.

Service.

The staff is polite, they speak Russian at the reception. The rooms are good, we took a family room, our room was 4033 on the side of the restaurants on the ground floor.
The safe in the room is paid like 2 euros per day, payment at the reception immediately for all days. Upon arrival, we were settled immediately, although many of the rooms were not yet ready, they were asked to walk for an hour. The bath is small, there are no bubbles with soap and shampoo, a device with soap hangs on the wall, and a shower with shampoo, a Jacuzzi bath. Cleaning is not at the highest level, when they left a tip, the cleaner cleaned even worse, they stopped leaving. Basically, she came for cleaning at three o’clock in the afternoon when we were resting, we didn’t find a sign to not disturb in the room, she liked that there was no need to clean up, and she began to walk at that time, they took only towels from her.

Nutrition.

The food is very varied - there was always meat, chicken, turkey, fish, a couple of times there were crayfish. A very large selection of fruits - watermelons, melons, peaches, grapes, apples, oranges, cherries, nectarines, bananas, grapefruits, plums. Free ice cream at the pool bar from 15:00 to 17:00.

In the bar on the beach from 11 to 16 you can have something to eat - french fries, some meat, buns, vegetables, fruits. All local alcoholic drinks. In the restaurant breakfast from 6.30 to 11 o'clock, lunch from 13.30, dinner from 18.30. There is even a night soup from 24.00 to 1.00. Three i-la-carte restaurants: Turkish, Italian and Asia. Recording at the reception, we went to all three, I liked Italian more, the portions in restaurants are not large. It’s better to come to a general restaurant at the opening, there are a lot of people, they don’t have time to clean the tables, the waiters are not very quick, it’s better to go for drinks yourself, sometimes you had to go for forks and knives yourself. For breakfast they took freshly squeezed juice for 2 euros.

Animation from 10 am to night. We were only twice at the animation, we didn’t really like it.

Tours.
We took an excursion to Dalyan from our tour operator, the price is 75 euros, in the village it costs 35 euros, but Roman (our guide) and I really liked it, we had a great time, we also went to Fethiye with him, Roma conducts excursions very interestingly, knows a lot, even speaks Turkish.

We liked the hotel, it is mainly for families with children.
