It took a long time to choose a hotel for relaxation, but when I saw the location and territory, I immediately chose this hotel. And I didn't guess! There is an electric kettle in the room, and every day they bring coffee sticks and different tea bags, sometimes they drank in the evening. The only drawback of the room is poor soundproofing - when foreigners drove into the room above us at night, their screams and stomp were very audible! But this is more about the upbringing of vacationers, it was usually very quiet.
The territory, I repeat, is very large, green and unusually well-groomed, praise to the gardeners, we are simply delighted! Around the entire hotel there is an illuminated path, which is very pleasant to walk along after dinner. The same paths run throughout the territory, palm trees, bushes, buildings are beautifully illuminated. The only small minus is that there are no benches on them, but I would like to sit in a corner I like.
We did not use the SPA, but my husband went through 5 sessions of medical back massage, very much praises the massage therapist Kemal Acal.

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, in my opinion around 10 am, the check-in was announced at 14:00. Russian is not spoken at the reception and is mostly ignored and avoided. When you come up, they pretend to be busy, and after they understand that I'm not going anywhere, they call somewhere and still announce the negative result of this call, they say, you need to wait a little more. etc. As a result, we with a child of 9 years old and another family with a small child of 4 years old were settled last at about 17:00 after numerous requests of various forms (the type number was not ready, they had not yet been removed). Despite the fact that in front of us at 15:00 a whole bus arrived by non-German tourists, who were settled within 15 minutes !!! ! The rest day is just gone. We didn’t go to the beach, because. we were fed with promises that in about 15, then 30, then 20 minutes they would already settle us...
Moreover, as the last suckers, we bought a more expensive-improved room. According to the description, it is the same type as usual, but with a jacuzzi, bathrobes and slippers. There was hope that the superior room should have been located in a better geographical location. (because sea view, etc. was not offered)
So, who else had such hope, I immediately say, the scheme does not work! This is of course not the fault of the hotel or the tour operator! We are the naive fools.
BUT !!! ! the problem is that we were NOT settled in it (improved). And settled in the usual. We understood this when we completely unpacked things and noticed that there were no bathrobes or a jacuzzi in the bathroom... We no longer had the strength, we postponed the issue until tomorrow. Unless you sit near the sea and run knee-deep in water. When the waves - when you exit, knock you down and often fall on your knees on pebbles in the water - it hurts a lot, it also spins in the water and also hits your legs.
There you don’t run from the sea to the sunbeds. Very far. The nearest toilet from the beach is in the bar on the way to the beach, which is also "very convenient". Shower only at the exit from the beach on both sides. So if you like to rinse periodically or immediately after the sea, then throw on a couple more kilometers of daytime cross-country, as this is also far away.

The guide on the bus pleased us with the information that our hotel was the first on the route and it would take about 20 minutes to get there. Since we are not on this type of vacation for the first time, we didn’t really need it, but for those who are traveling for the first time, such assistance will be useful.
Having filled in the check-in cards, we left the suitcases in the luggage room and went to look at the territory. When we went out to the pool, we saw that lunch had already begun there.
After dinner, we returned to the reception and, at the request of my daughter, just in case, I clarified whether our room was ready. To our joy (tired after the flight and early rise), we were immediately given a booklet with two electronic keys to our room.
Mostly resting Europeans: a lot of British, Scandinavians, saw the French, a few Turks and very few Russians and Ukrainians. I was very pleased that the territory is maximally oriented towards children: there are coasters in the bathroom in the rooms, there are wide ladders near the bars so that the child can rise to the level of an adult himself.

The beach at the hotel is huge, the sunbeds are very far from the water, the path from the hotel to the sunbeds is wooden, the platforms on which there are sunbeds and umbrellas too. From the path to the sea, go about 50 meters more. It is better to go in flip flops, because the sand is very hot. There are few people on the beach, mostly Slavs : ). On the beach it is forbidden to stay with pets, walk off the paths, dig sand, pick up small turtles, etc. etc. , because the beach is the place where the Caretta Caretta turtles lay their eggs. There is a warning poster about this at the entrance.
The beach has the Blue Flag 2017. The sea is clean, there are small stones along the water's edge. Mostly calm before lunch, after lunch the wind picks up and waves appear, you can have fun jumping in them. The level drops quickly, 2-3 steps and up to the waist of an adult, a couple more steps and you can’t feel the bottom. The current is strong and constantly blows.
On the beach there is parasailing and other entertainment that is pulled by boats, so the swimming area is separated by buoys and ropes, like in pools. It is not convenient for small children to splash around, especially after dinner, when there are waves. We swam all the time, because my daughter swims and dives well.
At the exit from the beach there is a tap to wash your feet from the sand, a shower and a toilet. The shower is cold, which is not always pleasant for a hot body, so I recommend that you only wash your feet from the sand, and wash yourself in a warm shower near the main pool - if you plan to go swimming in it after the sea.
Pools and slides.
The main pool with two slides is in plain sight, it is large, zoned, the maximum depth is 1.40 m. Both are good. Near it is a small pool for kids. There is another pool to the left, between the buildings, the depth is the same, but it is small and calm.
Closer to the kids clubs (by the way, there are 2 of them) there is another pool with three small slides for children. Also near the children's clubs there is a shallow pool for kids, an awning is stretched over it, it is always in the shade, and therefore the coldest.
Slides in both pools operate on schedule: from 10:00 (10:30) to 12:30 and from 14:30 (15:00) to 17:00. I write like this, it used to be opened earlier.
Kids club. My daughter did not go there, because they are for smaller children, and teenage - there were older guys (13-16 years old). By the way, I really liked the infrastructure of children's clubs, small toilets, showers, washbasins.
Animation. Animation in the hotel is all in English. Evening shows can still be dubbed in a second language (probably Swedish). Animation mostly takes place near the pool. There is a list of animations on the stand near the pool and at the reception opposite the guide desk.
The main children's evening animation takes place in the amphitheater: first clowns, then Download, then an evening show for everyone - the animators themselves or invited teams perform. Also for the kids in the Beach Bar there is a Mini Disco, they spoke Polish and English, tried something in Russian. The little one was bored, she loved Download.
Nutrition. Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant. Lunch - at the bar by the pool. Also 2 times a day (afternoon and evening) you can take ice cream and gozleme (Turkish pancakes with butter and sugar).
The cuisine is very good, almost every evening there were themed dinners: Japanese, Turkish, Italian, seafood, etc. There are a lot of fruits, meat, fish, vegetables, sweets and pastries too. Delicious and varied soups, which is rare in Turkey. Delicious yogurt in the morning and a variety of jams and other things to it.
It's really a family hotel, after 23:00 it's quiet and you can sleep : )

Since we are not on this type of vacation for the first time, we didn’t really need it, but for those who are traveling for the first time, such assistance will be useful.
Having filled in the check-in cards, we left the suitcases in the luggage room and went to look at the territory. When we went out to the pool, we saw that lunch had already begun there.
After dinner, we returned to the reception and, at the request of my daughter, just in case, I clarified whether our room was ready. To our joy (tired after the flight and early rise), we were immediately given a booklet with two electronic keys to our room.
Mostly resting Europeans: a lot of British, Scandinavians, saw the French, a few Turks and very few Russians and Ukrainians. Settlements are made in British pounds, euros and Turkish liras, less often in dollars. If you are traveling with dollars, I advise you to change them to lira - you will save money when making calculations.
WI-FI on the territory of the hotel is free, but you need to enter the system by entering the series and number of the passport that was entered on the card upon check-in, and the room number. Some very unusual ones: bushes with colorful flowers and blackberry-like berries, a tree with thorns all over its bark, unusual trees with "chips" and "bean" shaped fruits : ) etc.
I was very pleased that the territory is maximally oriented towards children: there are coasters in the bathroom in the rooms, there are wide ladders near the bars so that the child can rise to the level of an adult himself.
Throughout the hotel there are refrigerators with 0.5 l bottles of water.
Number. The hotel has 4 types of rooms (all suitable for 4 people). They are well written on the website of the hotel itself (in English, Turkish, French and German). Our tour operators do not provide such detailed information, so I will describe them

Sea and beach.
The beach at the hotel is huge, the sunbeds are very far from the water, the path from the hotel to the sunbeds is wooden, the platforms on which there are sunbeds and umbrellas too. From the path to the sea, go about 50 meters more. It is better to go in flip flops, because the sand is very hot. There are few people on the beach, mostly Slavs : ). On the beach it is forbidden to stay with pets, walk off the paths, dig sand, pick up small turtles, etc. etc. , because the beach is the place where the Caretta Caretta turtles lay their eggs. There is a warning poster about this at the entrance.
The beach has the Blue Flag 2017. The sea is clean, there are small stones along the water's edge. Mostly calm before lunch, after lunch the wind picks up and waves appear, you can have fun jumping in them. The level drops quickly, 2-3 steps and up to the waist of an adult, a couple more steps and you can’t feel the bottom. The current is strong and constantly blows.
On the beach there is parasailing and other entertainment that is pulled by boats, so the swimming area is separated by buoys and ropes, like in pools. It is not convenient for small children to splash around, especially after dinner, when there are waves. We swam all the time, because my daughter swims and dives well.
At the exit from the beach there is a tap to wash your feet from the sand, a shower and a toilet. The shower is cold, which is not always pleasant for a hot body, so I recommend that you only wash your feet from the sand, and wash yourself in a warm shower near the main pool - if you plan to go swimming in it after the sea.
Pools and slides.
The main pool with two slides is in plain sight, it is large, zoned, the maximum depth is 1.40 m. Both are good. Near it is a small pool for kids. There is another pool to the left, between the buildings, the depth is the same, but it is small and calm.
Closer to the kids clubs (by the way, there are 2 of them) there is another pool with three small slides for children. Also near the children's clubs there is a shallow pool for kids, an awning is stretched over it, it is always in the shade, and therefore the coldest.
Slides in both pools operate on schedule: from 10:00 (10:30) to 12:30 and from 14:30 (15:00) to 17:00. I write like this, it used to be opened earlier.
Kids club. My daughter did not go there, because they are for smaller children, and teenage - there were older guys (13-16 years old). By the way, I really liked the infrastructure of children's clubs, small toilets, showers, washbasins.
Animation. Animation in the hotel is all in English. Evening shows can still be dubbed in a second language (probably Swedish). Animation mostly takes place near the pool. There is a list of animations on the stand near the pool and at the reception opposite the guide desk.
The main children's evening animation takes place in the amphitheater: first clowns, then Download, then an evening show for everyone - the animators themselves or invited teams perform. Also for the kids in the Beach Bar there is a Mini Disco, they spoke Polish and English, tried something in Russian. The little one was bored, she loved Download.
Nutrition. Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant. Lunch - at the bar by the pool. Also 2 times a day (afternoon and evening) you can take ice cream and gozleme (Turkish pancakes with butter and sugar).
The cuisine is very good, almost every evening there were themed dinners: Japanese, Turkish, Italian, seafood, etc. There are a lot of fruits, meat, fish, vegetables, sweets and pastries too. Delicious and varied soups, which is rare in Turkey. Delicious yogurt in the morning and a variety of jams and other things to it.
It's really a family hotel, after 23:00 it's quiet and you can sleep : )

Breakfast has everything, even porridge for children. The largest selection of fruits, we had watermelons, melons, bananas, apples, pears and medlar. I will not list everything that they give for breakfast - it's a lot, like in a good 5-ke. I read in one of the reviews that the lunches are a bit poor, mostly fast food. Apparently, the situation has been corrected, the dinners are also wonderful and varied: there are ready-made salads, vegetables, herbs, soups, a choice of meat, fish and chicken, a large selection of side dishes, fruits and sweets. Dinners, and our acquaintance with the hotel began with dinner - ahhh!! ! What have we tried! Every day is special. Day of Chinese cuisine, Italian cuisine, grandma's dinner. . . Peking duck, turkey with ginger-orange sauce, seafood saute and juicy slightly salted trout were especially memorable. For all the days we went for dinner to one of the A la carte restaurants, it was a restaurant with Chinese cuisine. There are four of them in total, in three of them one dinner is provided free of charge. These are restaurants with Chinese, Mexican and Italian cuisine. On a paid basis there is a restaurant near the beach "Grill". We liked the Chinese restaurant, but still it lost to the main one, and alcoholic drinks in it are paid. Therefore, we did not go to others.
Another meal is Turkish pancake until 17:00. Sandwiches cold and hot, vegetables and french fries - at the beach bar, also until 17:00. Fast food at the pool cafe (in the same place where lunches are held) until 17:00 and ice cream from 15:00 to 17:00 in the same place.
What did we do besides eating all day long: volleyball (10 am), water polo (3 pm), archery (11 am), swimming in the sea and walking along the beach (I recommend walking to the Robinson Hotel, towards the mountain, to the right to meet crabs minks along the way, and if you are lucky or dig, then the crabs themselves and sit on the pier near the hotel), walks in Sarigerme (15-20 minutes one way, to the left of the hotel. It is worth going to the market on Tuesday, before closing, about two o'clock, so that we could have a good bargain, but personally we only bought one t-shirt for the baby there, an excellent quality replica of Armani glasses with a polarizing filter, souvenir protein and strawberries), in the evenings we no longer had no strength, no desire for outdoor activities and just played cards in the lobby or in our chic room. But for those who wish, a nightclub with a DJ is open from 23:00. This is such an open terrace, very stylish. During the day it is a beach bar, in the evening it is a chit-out bar, and closer to the night it is a nightclub. By the way, about the guests: the main contingent are British and Scandinavians, there are Germans, there are very few Russians. Tourists arrived from western Ukraine, we did not experience any discomfort from their presence and any problems in communication. We played sports together and talked. Of course, they also talked about politics, but without any aggression. In general, the contingent of vacationers in the hotel is very decent, it's nice to see and chat with people. During the holiday, we did not meet a single heavily drunk or rude person. Maybe a couple of nervous Russian mothers with children. The staff also treats us Russians well. There are employees in the hotel from the former USSR.
Beach: We didn't find it as bad as some reviews say. Yes, it has a preserved natural color, the color of the sand is not ideal. From the sun loungers to the sea, run 30 meters along the hot sand, without shoes - no way. At the very entrance to the sea, a couple of meters of small pebbles. Some tourists dragged sun loungers directly to the sea and, although this is prohibited, no one scolded them. But everything suited us. We walked along the sea for an hour, what do we need to walk 30 meters from the sunbeds to the sea?
Rooms: very spacious, beautiful, tasteful and stylish. The combination of white and turquoise in the design of the room sets the mood. The room is visually divided into a living room and a bedroom. With a balcony. We lived in the main building, which seemed very convenient to us. The view from the balcony to the a la carte route of the restaurant, the mood of coziness was created by the crowns of trees. Soundproofing is excellent. But we preferred to sleep with an open balcony. Only once, early in the morning, they brought cobblestones and began to pour them out, which woke us up. The rest of the days we fell down from the singing of birds.
Excursions: we did not take. We ourselves went on dolmush for a couple of days to Fethiye and Oludeniz. But this is a different story.
Valuable tips: there are refrigerators with small bottles of water on site. They are convenient to take to the sea and for walks. Sun loungers by the pool should be borrowed early in the morning, by the sea - always without problems with sunbeds. On the way to the sea, we went to the beach bar, took fruits, sandwiches and drinks, since it is not located on the beach itself.
About the cons: we found only one noticeable minus - the waffle is available only at night and early in the morning. And only in the lobby area. Sweets are good, high quality, fruits - a magical choice, there was EVERYTHING.
Excellent pools, gym, sauna - everything is like in normal high-quality fives. Martini-Baileys is not poured for free, beer, wine, vodka, brandy, rakija and all kinds of cocktails with these ingredients are "free" from the booze)
The entire infrastructure of the hotel is "sharpened" for children's recreation. But if you are traveling alone, without small children and without a company, then you can go crazy from boredom. Animation for adults - almost none. There is nowhere to go in the vicinity, the village of Sarigerme is very small, with one shopping street, half an hour is enough to get acquainted with the shops. Prices for excursions are designed for Europeans - all good options start at $ 70 per person (rafting, diving, trips to the islands, fishing, etc. ). Cheaper - only a tour to the bazaar, but sightseeing tours of Fethiye and Marmaris. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and in the evening hours the lobby is not overcrowded with those who want to stick to the World Wide Web) By the way, there are no Ukrainian channels on the TV either - they escaped the evening boredom with a laptop and movies uploaded to it)
Separately, it should be said about the beach. Of course, its "wildness" is somewhat discouraging, but protecting the turtles is a good thing and we were initially prepared for the fact that there were no "all-inclusive" amenities on the beach, except for a stationary umbrella and a sun lounger. The situation is even worse with water. To the right of the hotel, a mountain river flows into the sea and green fresh water, due to the current and constant wind, is “nailed” exactly to the Tropical beach, along with garbage and dregs. On the territory of the neighboring hotel, standing to the right (Robinson, just behind the rock, which is a 10-minute walk from the Tropical), there is a completely different sea, blue-blue, transparent.
There were no questions to the staff, cleaning was flawless, the territory is luxurious, clean, there are many sunny lawns, but there are also shady places, especially in the villas. The entire infrastructure of the hotel is "sharpened" for children's recreation. But if you are traveling alone, without small children and without a company, then you can go crazy from boredom. Animation for adults - almost none. There is nowhere to go in the vicinity, the village of Sarigerme is very small, with one shopping street, half an hour is enough to get acquainted with the shops. Prices for excursions are designed for Europeans - all good options start at $ 70 per person (rafting, diving, trips to the islands, fishing, etc. ). Cheaper - only a tour to the bazaar, but sightseeing tours of Fethiye and Marmaris. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and in the evening hours the lobby is not overcrowded with those who want to stick to the World Wide Web) By the way, there are no Ukrainian channels on the TV either - they escaped the evening boredom with a laptop and movies uploaded to it)
Separately, it should be said about the beach. Of course, its "wildness" is somewhat discouraging, but protecting the turtles is a good thing and we were initially prepared for the fact that there were no "all-inclusive" amenities on the beach, except for a stationary umbrella and a sun lounger. The situation is even worse with water. To the right of the hotel, a mountain river flows into the sea and green fresh water, due to the current and constant wind, is “nailed” exactly to the Tropical beach, along with garbage and dregs. On the territory of the neighboring hotel, standing to the right (Robinson, just behind the rock, which is a 10-minute walk from the Tropical), there is a completely different sea, blue-blue, transparent.
There were no questions to the staff, cleaning was flawless, the territory is luxurious, clean, there are many sunny lawns, but there are also shady places, especially in the villas. In general, the rest is normal, especially for the amount for which they took a ticket (8 days / 7 nights for two a little less than 1300 ye), but I don’t plan to return to this hotel and in general in Sarigerme anymore - it’s too boring.
